    Driver listens and cooperates, doesn’t get shot. Passenger flees and reaches for hand gun cops already saw, gets shot. Don’t matter if it’s in the back. You can shoot behind yourself while running. Meaning you can be a threat while your back is facing someone.

    Tennessee V. Gardner states an officer is allowed to shoot a fleeing suspect with probable cause. Anthony is reaching for something in his waistband most likely the gun they were talking about but again reaching for something can be justified. Now if he was legitimately unarmed and posed no threat than yes the officer would be in the wrong but he made motions for reaching.

    Very simple. Don’t put a cops life in danger, don’t get shot. Cops want to go home to see their families. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. If the gun was not stolen or the person running wasn’t a felon in possession of a gun, there would have been no reason for him to run. You tell the cop I have a ccw and show your paperwork. Then you have a nice day.

    This comment section is totally infested by bootlickers. Sad to see that there's so many fans of arbitrary street side executions by trigger happy cops… Imagine celebrating a man getting shot in the back, who's only crime was running away from the police. (They didn't know for sure that he had a gun and he definitely did not point the gun at the officers, so at no point were the officers lives in immediate jeopardy).

    Again, one example of how unskilled US police are really. How do these so-called police officers even call themselves policemen. It's no wonder that people in America are about to shoot police and do not blame them for it, maybe they also deserve to be killed. Everyone knows that American police are the biggest joke in the world. Hope someone kills these cops and their entire family .
