  Dear Institute,

  Please change the name "Compy Secretary" to "Compliance Officer". It is many times confused with Secretary to MD/CEO.
  It's really important for our job opportunities !!

  Last time they amended the paid up capital for appointment of CS and this time they amended definition of small company. MCA screwed us in job opportunities as well as in practice. Do you have any thing to say.
