Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants are back in court for the 94th day in their RICO trial in Atlanta.

Last week, Young Thug’s attorney Brian Steel was held in contempt of Court after he refused to tell the judge how he learned of an ex parte conversation. The Georgia Supreme Court has issued a stay over that order. Today, the court is expected to continue listening to videos of detectives interviewing Copeland.

    where in georgia case law does ural glanville have a right to remove parts of the transcript that were recorded entirely (ural’s own words on record) during that unlawful ex parte meeting with a sworn witness, and 14 other people?

    baptiste vs state is the only case law that ural glanville has given thus far to justify his decision of denials

    It seems like they talk more about taking the judge off the case and mistrials than the evidence…and i just started watching this case but if all yhe evidence they have is based on snitches faced with jail time or rap song lyrics…give it up.

    He always stopping someone while they are talking and his go to response is um u can take it up on appeal, im not gonna get into that..speaks volume. He is full of u know what. His notion to the attny that he will allow review the exparte for the "appropriate parts that the court will allow" says all I need to know. He does not want them to see what they already know was said. He knows they want it for proof and legal reasons to have a mistrial.

    All this judge is doing is deliberately acting crazy and stupid and bias in order to bring awareness to PTSD for his veterans buddies. He doesn’t give a damn about this trial because he gets a big pension from the military. So why not act up in 1 trial that the world is watching to bring awareness to PTSD ??? This is a planned, deliberate, set up. No Judge has ever acted this way in any RICO trial in US History. Think about it 🤔🤔🤔🤔
