Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants are back in court for the 97th day in their RICO trial in Atlanta.

Recently, the prosecution and the defense have been combing through video interviews with witness Kenneth “Lil Woody” Copeland, trying to decide which parts to play for the jury and which parts need to be redacted. The jury is expected to be off all this week as attorneys work through the interviews and jail calls.

    A mistrial needs to be declared because of a procedural error by the prosecution or the judge, the defendant needs to be retried, because the prosecutor and judge acted in bad faith. In fact, if the prosecutor’s and judge’s actions were intended to goad the defendant into asking for a mistrial himself, double jeopardy may apply, this protects the defendant from a second trial.

    He NEVER said he made "all this stuff up" he SAID " i don't remember what i said to those detectives but i do know i told them whatever they wanted to hear". Cleary these detectives ARE telling him what they want said by saying "I don't believe you".

    Impeaching all their lay witnesses is WILD. so they are saying to the jury "listen our witnesses are liars & here's why BUT never mind that because you SHOULD believe what WE say they said on THIS occasion they telling the truth " wth??
