If you fill out their mediation form and faxed it in. I was told 7 days for corresponse and called back and told 10 days. Now, it's 30 days and even up to 60 days. They don't have a way of expediating the procress. For a company that loves to scam people out of money the sky should be the limit for them.

It's a cover up. I get the letter from Wells Fargo about the identity theft protection that sobody open up a identity theft protection account without knowledge from December 1 2006 to December 5, 2006. The only problem is that I open up a Wells Fargo savings account and a checking account on April 3,2006 and I join Wells Fargo identity theft protection program on the same day now I learn the same identity theft protection program open up another identity theft protection account on December 2006 for five days everything doesn't make sense time for Attorney 😊
