    I believe that judge committed a Quid Pro Quo against Trump. A promise for a promise, this for that, as Committing Fraud-Upon-The-Court against Trump.

    judge and prosecutors are WRONG 100 % ABSOLUTE MISTRIAL these defense attorneys are professional genuine authentic attorneys doing their jobs ethically and admirably.. Mrs Love has nothing but only a bunch of words that are 1 used to distract everyone and 2 she cant EVER take a re direction – I think this is a political trial for her and solely for her selfish intentions. Mr Williams Mr Seelly and all the defendants/ defense attorneys have my blessing, prayers and 100 % RESPECT !!!!!!!!

    WTH, Why is this judge even making any ruling, or even discussing a contempt filed against him, concerning his actions in the courtroom. This guy needs to be stripped of his robe and arrested straight off the bench! HE broke the law, is he above the law now? guess so in Georgia anything goes,
    This is outrageous, Is this the new norm of how the justice system is ran in Fulton County Georgia?
    This should not of even been brought up in his court room. He is as clearly as corrupt as The entire Biden Clan, and all of the Fulton Fani Fans!
    The entire state of Georgia is a disgrace to the United State justice system. Until the ALL of the corrupt ones are arrested for their evil deeds, removed and replaced by law abiding people who deserve to be in those positions. Fulton County will never be a center of proper justice in the US

    Brian Steel knew how the game is played. That is why he was alert to the star chamber closed conference proceedings that happened without him in this case. In my case, UNITED STATES v, A STEPHAN BOTES case no. 1:04-CR-0568-CC in the UNITED DISTRICT COURT FOR HE NORTHEN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA, he was one of the ones secretly meeting in Judge Clarence Coopers chambers without telling me. In my book Guilty Unless Proven Innocent – the Vendetta, I lay out all the facts. Some excerpts: Clarence Cooper, the Senior District Judge presiding over my trial displayed racial bias and favoritism in violation of my Fifth Amendment right to due process and a fair trial presided over by an impartial judge, as was ultimately evidenced by the fact that after conviction he imposed on me a sentence in excess of 11 years—97-months imprisonment and three years supervised release—when he had only just previously sentenced to probation a black man named Crawford who had pled guilty to essentially the same crimes of which I was convicted, who had over a five year period in 184 instances robbed the Georgia Women, Children and Infants fund of more money that was at issue in my case.

    1. Cooper conducted proceedings in secret in violation of my and the public's Sixth Amendment right to a public trial. On May 1, 2006, the first day of trial, Cooper placed the court in recess mid-day for the rest of the day so that he could go nominate and vote for the lead prosecutor, Assistant United States Attorney Russell G. Vineyard, to become a Magistrate Judge working for Cooper after my trial. My motion for their recusal because of Cooper's clear display of bias was denied after Cooper had conducted a secret in-chamber closed conference hearing on my motion from which I was excluded and then sealed the record so I would not learn about it until it was too late, and he also must have ordered counsel's silence, because my lawyers never said a word about it, and I first learned about the secret proceedings some seven months later when the transcripts were released.

    Brian Steel's misconduct and crimes and fraud perpetrated upon the court are just too many to all list here, but the following ought to be illustrative. While parading as my "defense" counsel:

    Steel concealed from me the secret in-chamber hearing on my motion for a mistrial or Vineyard's recusal, then when I sued him for non-disclosure under oath lied that he did tell me "contemporaneously" but could not explain where, when and how. Steel stopped communicating with me soon after the secret in-chamber closed conference.

    By negligence, by his failure to investigate and get familiar with all the facts and issues in this very complex case, and because he had stopped talking to Stephan soon after the clandestine closed conference in the judge's chambers that Stephan was never told about, Steel had failed to present over 80 pieces of truthful evidence that proved Stephan's innocence that he could not now, in the closing argument, present.
