    Well, how did California escape inclusion? The fact that almost every state listed is a southern state is itself a sign of bias. But we don't dare talk about LAPD and other similar law enforcement agencies in California, right? 😉

    Let's also not forget how illegals were allowed terrorize black people out of neighborhoods they and their families lived in for generations.

    Then the numerous companies headquarters there discriminate based on race today thanks to those "Didn't Earn It" initiatives and programs which exclude mostly white and black men from consideration for many jobs.

    I'm pretty sure non-Southern states have similar types of discrimination and racism, it's just not important enough for so-called journalists to talk about apparently. Certain narratives have to go sometime. . .

    Why isn’t Oregon on this list? They should be. They rank bad in reality in all categories bad. Oregon is a Disgrace. All 10 of those States on this list! I think I might have been to some of them! But even those I haven’t been to! They as States in general aren’t half as bad as Oregon is. Oregon is Worse as Worse can get.

    CALIFORNIA SHOULD have been added california use to be all skinned colored blacks then brown up to late 1990s early 2000s it became all mexica and spain italians etc

    This is the most divisive video ever, ridiculous assumptions, base on exaggeration and bias information, I am Latino and American by choice living in Georgia for 7 years after moving from FLA, and living for 25 years in NY, and I feel much much safer and respected here in GA than I ever felt in NY, in the South we love the individual, in NY you love the pack the label the one that is gonna give you votes in the next election, anyway this video has an agenda, and today everything is racist racist racist, Stop living in the past, Don’t you have anything else to offer?
