16-Year-Old Singer Leaves ‘Idol’ Over KKK Video Controversy

Caleb Kennedy was one of the top contestants on this season of American Idol, but now he’s out after a controversial video surfaced on social media that shows him beside someone wearing what looks to be a white Ku Klux Klan hood. His mom reportedly said the video was taken when Caleb was 12 years old after he watched the movie “The Strangers: Prey At Night,” and has nothing to do with the KKK. The 16-year-old got to the final five of the competition and was favored to win the whole thing, until now. #InsideEdition

    Funny how the left says 'teens should be treated leniently by the law because they're still developing' yet they somehow blacklist a 16 year old for being next to someone at 12(!!). I guess age doesn't matter if you seem to have the wrong ideas. 12 is acceptable if you possibly have/had a racist friend. At the end of the day both sides use kids as pawns in politics. And they stay 'kids' only as long as they have the proper ideas. The moment they possibly expressed the wrong idea then 12 is a full blown adult fully responsible for his actions. This confirms the truth maturity is defined by how much you like the little brat. If you hate him he's pretty much 80 in your eyes.

    There's NO reason he should have called any flag or had any problem! People got mad for something they didn't even have any clue about Edward jumping to conclusions based on stuff that they didn't even know and we're not even right!
