They proceeded to commit their crime on an afternoon in Birmingham, UK where CCTV footage caught them in action.

Here is the CCTV video, we will follow up with the full story after the police investigation and the firm’s owner’s comments.

They drove a white van to a ground of a business with the hopes of robbing it.

Once they arrived, they got out and started to carry to their van, containers made of metal, as it seems.

He was assisted to enter the back of the van as they are seen moments later, the back doors are closed and they drive away, at the same time the business employees are seen rushing out to challenge them.

The owners of the firm have said that they did not file a police report of the incident which happened on the 17th of December due to no goods going missing, and they wished to remain anonymous.

In relation to this attempted crime, the police at West Midlands are in the process of investigating another theft at the same business where 40 goods carriers were stolen, this happened on 26th of October prior to 2am.

A senior owner at the business stated “We didn’t know if they had stolen anything at first until we checked the CCTV”

“Then we looked back at the footage and saw the chap fall over. It’s comical really. ‘We didn’t report the incident to police as they didn’t get anything except bruised ribs and legs.“

“That’s good enough for me to be honest.”

He also added that the two daft criminals “seemed to know where to drive to get out”.

There has been an appeal for more information from any witnesses for the October theft to assist the undergoing investigation.
