What do you expect from a state that has a queer governor and the leftist party taking over from calipornia

Happened in Massachusetts crime labs too (one analyst was a drug addict; the other made up results)

If this is true, everyone involved in this case needs to go to prison

  • @tommygamba170 June 29, 2024

These workers should be getting life in prison.

This is why you can't trust cops, especially prosecutors and judges are in on it as well.

Oversight of important work is as valuable as proper training. supervisors need to be vigilant, or lose their pay grade as well as the incompetent employee!

Does the name Hernandez mean anything to you? I would like to get a connection made in the DA's office. Any imperfections would have to be made perfect. Two and two do not equal 4. Never confess ever.

How on earth was she given the rights on the server to delete evidence? Basic controls weren’t implemented. Of course she states she didn’t tamper with physical evidence but obviously skirts around the issue of destroying testing results that didn’t support her testing results.

Also any testing should be reviewed and signed off ensuring all results, protocols and approaches in the testing adhered to the policies and procedures.

Absolute destruction of confidence in the process. If she was under pressure to corners due to budget constraints etc. she obviously took it upon herself to derive shortcuts fully knowing the damage it would cause.

Mandated peer reviews and audits of these DNA and forensic laboratories should exist and be conducted annually to ensure compliance, competency and accountability.

It sounds like the department of Justice needs to look into this on a federal matter it is hog washed at 652 people could actually end up walking free because of somebody sloppiness the labs are supposed to be something that we can actually count on

Incompetence rules in America. She will suffer no consequences.

  • Unfortunately, they have to go through every case she jas ever worked

These women trust the feds to come give CBI a “reckoning”.
    That’s funny.

  • @hermenutic June 29, 2024

Would this be one of the reasons so many people do not trust their government?
Corrupt police and justice systems are two of the worst plagues a society can deal with .
I bet this goes on all over the country.

Thank Goodness for checks and balances.😮

  • They took an oath and broke it! Prison! They knew exactly what they were doing!

Unfortunately this reminds me of every corrupted org I’ve ever experienced,.. there are a lot out there in the public service world. There’s also rampant corruption from leadership in orgs in the for profit industry. It’s a problem all over…

  • @sgtpepperz25 June 29, 2024

Government workers have an entitlement issue, they have forgotten that they are doing a public service…

    Justice for Suzanne Morphew.
