US Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the results of the March Federal Grand Jury 2023-B Indictments, with several individuals charged with various violations of United States law. These allegations will need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in court to counter the defendant’s legal presumption of innocence. The defendants, their charges, locations, alleged violations, involved law enforcement agencies, and prosecuting attorneys have been released.
Darrius Malik Brown, aged 25 and a resident of Tulsa, is charged with possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number and receiving a firearm while under indictment for a felony. Another case involves Lee Scott Holt and Jennifer Charisa Harrington, both of Collinsville, who have been indicted on various counts involving firearm possession, methamphetamine distribution, and maintaining a drug-involved premises. Both have prior felony convictions in multiple states.
In a case of alleged sexual exploitation of minors, 29-year-old Jonathan Eliezer Miranda Juarez, of Commerce, has been charged with transporting a minor for criminal sexual activity and coercion and enticement of a minor. Adam Joseph King, 35, of Pryor and a member of the Delaware Tribe of Indians, is charged with aggravated sexual abuse and abusive sexual contact with a minor under 12 years old in Indian Country.
Bryon Alan Lee, of Sapulpa and a member of the Cherokee Nation, is charged with the production, receipt, and distribution of child pornography, and committing a felony sex offense involving a minor while being a registered sex offender. In a violent felony case, Cameron Lynn, a 33-year-old Tulsa resident and Choctaw Nation member, is charged with first degree murder in Indian Country, assault with a dangerous weapon, and using a firearm during a violent crime.
There were also several indictments relating to drug offenses. These included Nguyen Hong Thoa Thi, Tait Hunter Jaco, Tam Duc Nguyen, and Trinh Nguyen, who have been charged with a drug conspiracy, maintaining a drug-involved premises, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Dustin Colby Phillips, of Vinita and a Cherokee Nation member, is facing assault charges; Eron Torres-Gaytan, Donald Edward Beckett, and John Harden Tucker are indicted for drug conspiracy, methamphetamine manufacturing and possession, and maintaining a drug-involved premises. Hank Sallee Williams, aged 23 and a resident of Tulsa, is charged with distributing fentanyl resulting in death, distribution to a minor, and use of a communication facility during drug trafficking.

Dont hold your breath. Its more likely theyll just plea bargain down to misdemeanors or slip through some legal loophole. The system is rigged to protect the powerful. Justice is a rare commodity in these circles.
