Attorney Analysis: Young Thug’s trial and man accused of leaving toddler in car released from prison



The judge overseeing the Atlanta trial of rapper Young Thug denied a motion Tuesday calling for him to be recused or disqualified from the case. A metro Atlanta man accused of leaving his 22-month-old son to die in a hot car has been released from state prison. Anchor Joy Lim Nakrin has analysis of Atlanta’s top legal stories.

    I followed the Ross Harris case. I was never quite sure about the toddler death being deliberate but he most definitely was a creepy guy and it’s been awhile but he might be a registered SO. He did some soliciting for sure of adult women (prost*tution) and I think that one or more were under age. It would make sense. He was a pos for sure, just never was sure about m*rder. It’s pretty easy to violate as a SO.

    It was actually a motion to have another judge decide whether or not he should be recused.
