Advocate refused , starting said alright to appoint court commission. There was an coercion oriented partition made to sign for daughters without free will by wisow mother who was mislead by her son in law who had arranged his known advocate giving idea to do partition deed when no one had any idea or intention for partition but eidow mother was mislead when her problem for safety and security of all properties problem was misrepresented by partition deed saying headed as comprimise decree when it was passed as a decree wherein brother was not informed but his all personal properties distributed amongst sisters wholey or partly by using some old POAttorney meant to care for his properties and bank account as he was out of station for professional studies. So, as it was not of free will, no one had taken possession even for plaintiff it was not free will and infact property was a already registeted gifted property to her from brother but Hitler mother being witness in gifted prprty never gave possession of backside rwo rooms about to fall now. Front side tenat has possession. One more prprty wherein the plaintiff had 12 big steel cupboards and was running hospital and had possession, lock and keys and two sisters married 13 years back never came and then after 13 years mutated names as per advice of mother"s son in law with Mens rea. and after after 18 years did conspiracy and theft and dispossession, threw things from cupboards and sold cupboards along with his wife i.e. my younger sister. Police said, all police have gone to handle public for Ganesh jayanti. Next day also When theft was in February,PSI Kadam said, in month of June, we will arrange meeting with Chougle of Panchyayat samity to do compromise amongst you people.
