” President Joe Biden ordered expansive election-year action Tuesday to offer potential citizenship to hundreds of thousands of immigrants without legal status in the U.S., aiming to balance his recent aggressive crackdown on the southern border that enraged advocates and many Democratic lawmakers.

The president announced that his administration will, in the coming months, allow certain U.S. citizens’ spouses without legal status to apply for permanent residency and eventually citizenship without having to first depart the country. The move from Biden, a Democrat, could affect upwards of half a million immigrants, according to senior administration officials.”

    Hey geniuses. How about a little honesty? They won't be able to vote in 5 months? Sure, technically illegals can't votes, but there are many states that require no ID or proof of citizenship to vote. At best you are disingenuous….worst you are blatantly lying.

    As an immigration attorney, Cenk's comment is not completely accurate with respect to completing the Permanent Residence application from abroad under the current system. The intending immigrant must apply for parole (this is currently taking 9-12 months and is evaluated on a standard of extreme hardship to the US Citizen spouse, a sometimes high bar to reach). Once granted, you initiate the process of applying for the Green Card via the National Visa Center. Once the embassy schedules the interview (again, 6-12 months after having parole approved), then and ONLY then would a client travel to their home country for the sole purpose of attending the interview. If there is nothing else disqualifying the intending immigrant they are granted Permanent Residence and can re-enter the United States within a few days. No client has ever waited abroad for years under the current parole system UNLESS there is something that the immigration attorney was not aware of. That being said, it is true that there is, indeed, more control over the process from within the United States. The new executive action will simplify the process and, of course, eliminate the intending immigrant's fear of having to leave the United States to complete the process.

    Biden and Trump has open deal with AIPAC . They want 100% protection to kill all Palestinians, or make them refuggees inother countries. AIPAC will benefit from both of them. Mean while they want to devide American voters with immigrant issue, and extreme right wings will pop up by design.     – Stock market at all-time highs
    – Unemployment at record lows
    – U.S. producing more oil and gas than EVER before (including under Trump)
    – Higher GDP growth than ANY other G7 nation post-pandemic
    – Inflation back under historical average
    – Wage increases once again outpacing inflation
    – Lower annual deficit than under Trump
