In a quick hearing on Thursday, Judge John Judge set a tentative start date for the highly-anticipated Idaho student murders trial. The judge is expecting Bryan Kohberger’s trial to start in June 2025. The trial is expected to last three months.

Kohberger is accused of killing four University of Idaho students, Xana Kernodle, Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, and Kaylee Goncalves, in November 2022. Kohberger was arrested in December 2022 and has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and burglary.
