I think CWIs plan lacks focus on grassroots development. What about nurturing future talent?
Grassroots development is key for long-term success. CWIs plan needs to prioritize nurturing talent from the ground up to ensure a strong future for the sport. Without investing in grassroots, the foundation will crumble.
Im not convinced this plan will actually benefit the organization long-term. Thoughts?
