What a moron. I want to know if it is legal to shoot a scumbag like this if they are in your house and surprise you, or do they have to be attacking you and in fear of losing your own life? Say you were using the restroom, walk into the living room and see this idiot. Can a home owner immediately put a 9mm in his chest, or would that be considered a crime if he wasn’t attacking you?
