    You are right about your assessment of being a youtuber and not a lawyer of doctor and its not up to the doctor to determine law so you are wrong for questioning doctor client privilege since the doctor didnt create medical laws and lawyers did aka politicians.

    Now, it might be confusing to you but everyone suffers from mental health and depression. So, in your view, no one should fly or operate a plane since no one has absolute happiness in their lives even when they have everything. A billionaire a few years ago killed himself because he lost a billion but still had between five and ten billion in wealth but the guy who lost his job with no money in the bank is still alive . Wonder which one of them had more to be depressed about and would likely be the one to kill himself had your logic made sense?

    Hmm, I will let you answer that. Everyone has problems and unless they exhibit signs of wanting to hurt themselves and others, it would not be wise to confine people because they are depressed because that would eliminate 99% of the entire population from society and place then into a psych ward.

    Its easy to circumvent these events. If computers are that smart as they claim and a destination is set, if that destination should be altered it should require confirmation by the airline staff and maybe not the airport. Secondly, if the locking mechanism is shifted to a certain setting, it can trigger a notification to the airline staff and they could try to confirm the actions since at that point there would need to be a reason of not allowing the override codes to work that was given to the crew. at that moment, similar to a drone, a plane would give control to the airline . they could also set up cheap cameras that activate in the plane cockpit and the passenger section to investigate what is happening. These are not costly solution and is easily implemented .

    A flight can not change its destination without approval and once that is changed without confirmation from the set course, it should signal to the company that this flight is now off course without approval

    They should make a system at some sort of new building which is heavily guarded to control the flight if they get no response or if fighter jets see that hey are doing something bad.

    4:06 worst design ever. The main pilot should have a code that can never be locked. Also … the toilet should be inside the cockpit so that he never needs to leave it.

    As someone who has battled mental illness for over a decade and never once thought about harming others in my actions to take or harm my own self, this angers me beyond belief. The amount of absolute cowardice you have to have to take over hundred people down with you just because crashing a plane is the easy route out is beyond pathetic. This one man took innocent lives simply because of his selfish desire to end his own life. Truly disgusting.
