DO NOT join Experian Credit Works. I did the trial period but signed up for full support due to identity theft. I asked some questions thru their help section. A couple of days later I received an email from their support folks with instructions on how to fix my issues. When nothing worked I called their support and was informed that those were fishing emails, there was no record of them sending them to me. First these emails referenced the exact reference numbers given to me by Experian when I asked my questions. Logic tells you that either my Experian account was hacked (I was told no way that could happen) or the rep did not know her stuff. I confirmed before making that call that my Gmail account, nor my computer was accessed with anyone but myself. I confirmed this thru my private internet service who monitors that activity constantly AND confirmed by HP and Google as well. I canceled my Experian account immediately. Be careful folks. Just sharing.
