  No way the store owner was in fear for his life. More so protecting his business. That kid went straight to stealing, not approaching him. I at least hope the incident at least served as a deterrent to the troubled teens – but it wasnt necessary.

  Sad. People who don't this is sad have a total lack of self awareness and still have caveman brains. I think the shop owner should have defended himself but the people who have no sympathy for that kid are far worse then that kid is. I finally found this video because I saw the original video of the shop owner stabbing the boy and everyone praising the shop owner. The moment I hear that kid say "I'm dead, I am dead" my heart broke and I went to find out if he survived or not. If you don't have any empathy for this kid you are worse then the people who commit robberies. You're weak character just hasn't been tested yet like his was…
