The only reason people feel better about Jay park is that her that they’re not in his position for one number to a lot of people are just upset over nothing

  • @cristinafreciu4552 June 23, 2024

Atp people are just looking for reasons to hate him.Leave the man alone

  • @kurumitokisaki836 June 23, 2024

Nahhhhh people hella soft asf and the dreds hella nah I'm black and i know that shit came from vikings and shit people having hairstyles is just them usin that shit fking snowflakes

  • @srishtihehe June 23, 2024

I might get attack for this but I don't think wearing dread lock is cultural appropriation as long as the person is not wearing to disrespect the community. I have friends who are black and they all seem pretty chill about it. The only people who have problem with it are the non black. I mean whats wrong with appreciating other cultures.

  • @shxdownxnja2937 June 23, 2024

as far as I'm concerned the cultural appropriation stuff is bs it's like attacking someone for wearing a kilt

  • @shuai_qi June 23, 2024

Now i know, ok thanks for telling me this

  • @feli435 June 23, 2024

Sorry but he didn't do anything wrong. Just some immature comments as a young man. That's literally it. Touch some grass and look into the real world.

  • @kimberlyolaluv June 23, 2024

    these comments….yall will defend ANYBODY

  • @moonblink3251 June 23, 2024

Idc as long as he makes good music besides thats wt his job is (hes hot af)

  • @tanvisharma6903 June 23, 2024

I'm young and I genuinely don't understand what "cultural appropriation" means. I've tried to search for it and all the info says vague, unclear stuff. We all try things out from different religions cultures and places, why are some discouraged and others encouraged? I genuinely don't get it.
Maybe I feel this way because I'm still a teen or haven't seen much of the world, but people really hate, bash and get angry over meaningless stuff. They jump to conclusions when they see people doing stuff as if they're angels from dropping from heaven.
Such over-reactions over stuff… atp it feels like people now-a-days are constantly looking for a reason to hate, masking it by making it look like they're cancelling a person who is spreading hate and hence protecting the world by ending people's careers.
I feel like a decade or so ago, people used to take their anger out on others using actions that made them look like a bad person. Like hitting a person outside a club because their boss fired them. Now they're using covert ways to do it. They find someone who did something slightly wrong, make them their ultimate victim and rain hatred on them in the name of appropriation or teaching them a lesson. People just want a vessel… Something to hurt and take out their frustration… And hating on popular people seems like a way they can easily get away with.

  • @VishuZ1 June 23, 2024

lol no kpop fans actually care about racism or Islamophobia. they just target people whom they don't like.

  • @rouroume7085 June 23, 2024

He is being human being who does mistakes and not scaping his mistakes he face them bravely 😊
Unlike other idols they just wait thier leave but he is his own boss

  • @thevietkid33 June 23, 2024

Dreads can be dated back to ancient Egyptian times. So I guess if any African American who has dreads is in the wrong.

  • @tynasiafraser2958 June 23, 2024

I turned on this video on believing that I was going to see something bad. All I saw was sensitive people catching titty attacks over an immature boy. The only bad thing I saw was that Allah comment everything else were not even that serious. I can't stand the cultural appropriation nonsense. You do not have to be the same race as someone in order to enjoy their culture getting mad at someone who likes someone else's culture and wanting to indulge is what keeps racism alive and division between the races. People complain about different races being divided but then in the same breath want to attack people because they admire another race, extremely strangely. Why does wearing a black hairstyle or copying other things from the Black culture mean that you have to go through black struggles that's stupid. It is almost as if people act like other races other than black people haven't gone through anything it's stupid it's sensitive to get over it, stop the fighting each other and less embrace one another. Yeah he continued to indulge in the Black culture because he did nothing wrong he continued what he was doing because he did nothing wrong people were just too biased and ignorant so much so that they chose to try to destroy the career of an innocent person. I am happy that he persevered and he is where he is now. People like the ones that criticized him are the reason why so many amazing people / stars fall it is absolutely sad. Imagine getting mad because you can't dictate someone's life smh

  • I really feel bad for jay park like dam as a black man I don’t care if he decides to have dreads get off this man’s nut sack

  • @ItsBebiblue June 23, 2024

The fact kpop fans hate jay park so much for being racist but were so silent when it came to the burning sun scandal, and even saying things like "forgive seungri" or "he did no wrong" its crazy to me!
Its kinda socking how kpop fans or netizens hated jay for saying something about korea when he was a literal TEEN, but didnt blow the burning sun scandal when a adult CRIMINAL (seungri) who drugs and raped women was set free from jail in 1year and 6 months

FYI: im not saying that jay park did no wrong nor am i defending jay park!

  • @user-or5sg8dh5r June 23, 2024

He comes off as a pompous a#@… self pro claimed talent, but just another wanna be. This guy irks me for some reason 😡

  • @belphieyiu June 23, 2024

Bruh i'm brown and its genuinely my wish if I wanna wear dreadlocks or not, because i've seen other black people encourage others to wear it so why can't we? Y'all are so weird ffs

  • @foodiekaw4563 June 23, 2024

  • @karenbishop1943 June 23, 2024

I love J PARK, he's seems grounded and comfortable in his own skin.

  • @terence3698 June 23, 2024

K-pop fans also hate when their favorite idols make videos with him. Shits honestly so funny 😂

  • @nojiinissa June 23, 2024

The guy is just hot if he was ugly everyone would’ve hated him

  • @Runpierre June 23, 2024

Wearing dreadlocks is not cultural appropriation. The whole debate is stupid. Jay Park is right. Cultural exchange is inevitable, and should be promoted. People argue over the dumbest things.

  • @Army_Stay789 June 23, 2024

What i think about him ?
= im completely okay with him i even like him. I mean the bas thing he did was the one with the muslims but he said that he didnt know that it is something that shouldnt be said and apolegized and promised he will nit do it again the thing with the wondegirls and getting pregnant in which drama are u playing man! Do u really think he got them pregnant thats why they leave the group bla bla bla. Okay then we can say that he raped kimwoojin too right or anyone else that leaved their group. U have literally no right to hate on him and threatening him i mean if u dont like him then just dont talk about him dont mention him just act like he is a stranger or idol u dont know about. U know what did u guys hated on Sulli like this too Or all the other idols u see what happens they attemp suicide. Imstaying by his side and thankfully to this viedeo ilove him even more cuz i always tried to find out why everyone is hating on him. Now i know its because of some dumb shit.
Yall know probably the idols that hit her ex girlfriend cuy she wanted to break up and the "Mamaaa! " guy. Instead of hating on him u could think about them too. For them it was even confirmed for him it wasnt even confirmed it was all rumours . Now have a nice day and Happy new year😊

Jay is so misunderstood. If you watch his interviews and keep up with his career, he has a really good heart and cares about people. Yes he has screwed up at times but I always remember him taking accountability and apologising. He has the willingness to do better and be mindful of other cultures. His mindset is unmatched, give him a chance y'all.

  • @toyinrosea9154 June 23, 2024

As someone who only learnt about Jay Park from all his controversies, watching this video really changed my mind about him. I feel what people fail to understand is how unbothered he is and how real he is. I am not saying that everything he said was right, but many people dislike him because he is outspoken and says what's on his mind without holding back which I truly admire about him. With all the things he has done, he has shown to be someone that isn't easily swayed by what people say which is a quality that people tend to hate. As a black person, I love people from other cultures enjoying and appreciating our culture, enjoying our fashion and food. Watching Jay Park I can say that he appreciates black culture and how he always reiterates how HipHop shaped him into who he is today. Someone being so self aware of that, I don't think what he does is mocking our culture at all. If someone wants me to hate him, I just can't. Life is too short to be carrying hatred especially for people who don't even know you. Let's spread love and enjoy each other's cultures.

  • @pcantan08ify June 23, 2024

I love me some Jay Park!!! You keep shining baby!! 🔥🔥🙏🏾

  • @chaengster4946 June 23, 2024

People are allowed to feel offended by his disrespecting of Allah and cultural appropriation. You may not feel affected by either of these things but that does not make them any less offensive or hurtful towards the communities involved. Also, just because you don’t “believing in cultural appropriation” does not mean it does not exist. Many articles have been written on it, tons of videos so do not come replying BS. He did not disrespect these communities and apologized real fast like many like to say to excuse him but instead he doubled down, called people haters, and only THEN after being dragged to hell and back did he finally apologize Jay Park actually only finally properly addressed him and his artists wearing black hairstyles as an aesthetic when it came to his “DNA” remix. Every other time he was dismissing black voices no matter how much backlash he got. These voices that spoke up against this, even when others will be rude, are the same ones who have either been sent home, harassed, bullied, lost jobs/opportunities, or have seen their family, friends, or other people in general go through that. It’s not “just hair” or “just religion.”. These are different things that have been taken and exploited by people and Jay Park is one of them.

  • @sm39867 June 23, 2024

I don't know much about him but i like him. I like how honest he is even though people don't like it.

  • @chaengster4946 June 23, 2024

The “mistranslation” from what I could find is not that. It could be considered a “misinterpretation” because gay is used as an insult in place of like stupid. Korea took this as actually being called gay but both are wrong. He used it as an insult and I don’t know what is worse.

  • @joaahmommae June 23, 2024

  • @kazma7972 June 23, 2024

As a black person I think Park was right about the dread locks thing as long as your respectful its ok plus, ITS YOUR FUCKING HAIR! Do whatever the fuck you want

  • @janbozman7753 June 23, 2024

Jay Park is extremely talented. He has a right to express his feelings. I don't doubt that transitioning to the Korean culture was difficult for him as a teenager. How many people were helpful to him? I wonder. People are way too sensitive about unimportant things. A Korean-American should be able to wear dreadlocks–anyone should be able to wear dreadlocks! Other cultures watch Korean dramas and listen to K-pop> Does that mean that they are appropriating another culture or, conversely, appreciating and celebrating it? I hope Jay Park makes millions. Most of all, I appreciate the talent he demonstrated dancing. If he moves on to business, I hope he does well.

  • @sangtaman3148 June 23, 2024

Bruh if y’all don’t like songs just don’t Listen to it lol why bother commenting some of u mfs are just too dam sensitive he likes hippop and R&B he was influenced by black artist and black at the end of the day he’s successful and making money leave the man alone 🤦‍♂️
