John O'Keefe Wasn't Hit by Karen Read's SUV: Forensic Pathologist



The boyfriend cop murder trial continued Monday morning, with forensic pathologist Dr. Frank Sheridan taking the stand to describe the injuries that murdered cop John O’Keefe sustained before his death. Sheridan explained that he believes the injuries are not consistent with being struck by an SUV.

Karen Read faces several charges including second-degree murder, manslaughter while operating under the influence of alcohol, and leaving the scene of personal injury and death. She was arrested in February of 2022, a few days after John O’Keefe died. If convicted, Read faces life in prison.

    John Okeef was hit in the back of the head with an object, bit by a German shepherd, dragged outside and was left to die in the snow. life lesson: stay home and pamper yourself.

On the upside, Intelligent fellow who learned correctly & didn't pretend to deliberately stop short of genius like a poser. It shows in his comfortable vocabulary; memory retrieval and honesty while appearing unvexed by any of it.

    His analysis is incorrect. Anytime an expert is for hire , they are paid to support a probable or improbable evidence to dispute the prosecution’s claim .

    Does everyone understand that the one hair and glass and plastic pieces had to travel from the moment she supposedly hit him to their home, then to her home, then back to his home, then to her parents home in a different town 40 miles away, then towed 40 miles….ALL IN A WINDY BLIZZARD? That is asinine. Proctor planted it all.

    I believe this is a coverup. Albert’s German Shepard was the dog, but why? I hope all involved the cover up and thrown in jail.🇨🇦 I do believe Jennifer is in deep with the coverup and others in the murder

    Yes, it makes the most sense that colleague police officers welcomed their friend, ambushed him, unleashed the rapid dog-attack, then dumped him on their front yard amidst a snowstorm, then framed Karen. That makes a lot of sense from a delusional alcoholic crazy woman's eyes and all whom believe her

    Karen did this all the evidence proves it the taillight Gps admitting to hitting and killing him she went straight to the body under the snow looking up how long it takes for hypothermia to set in she also knew he was dead when she cussed him out there was no dog DNA marks DNA was on the tailight he hit his head she was going 24 Mile per hour

    The damage to the SUV was at the rear corner. O'Keefe was holding a drink so would reasonably have had his arm bent at the elbow to leep the glass upright. If he were positioned at the rear corner of the SUV his bent arm would likely seem in a position to be struck by the taillight and recieved the scratches shown in photos. His head could reasonably have been struck by the rear corner of the SUV which is at head height. He also could be struck on the leg. No other parts of his body would nessesarily have to of been struck or bruised. All of the injuries were on the right side of his body which seems consistent with being struck by the back of an SUV. Most people struck by csrs are h it with the front of the car which is lower resulting in very different injuries than what could occur from the rear corner of an SUV.
    Dogs typically attack by biting. and leave very obvious bite marks rather than widely spaced claw marks. People who get beat up will normally be expected to have significantly bruising which is not evident on O'Keefe. I would expect any competent defense expert to provide photogtsphic evidence to support their testimony.

    Unless absolutely necessary courts shouldn’t allow witnesses who’re close to being in the grave themselves. This dude’s wheezing and rambling on are signs he’s waaaay past his “sell by date”… extremely painful to listen to 😅😅😅

    I think John threw his glass at Karen's car breaking the tail light. He then went to the front door and Chloe attacked him. John fell backwards and hit his head. The dog was pulled off him. His body was then carried to the front lawn and left to die in the cold. It's only my most plausible theory but we will never know due to possible covering up of the truth.

    The dog protected the owner so john couldnt fight back throw a punch so they got rid of dog or as they say rehome and think they are smart and will get away with this i feel for oleefe family maybe all will come out and they will know the thruth will ease their pain

    The judge needs to stop sustaining these multiple objections and just let the expert witness testify to his findings. As for Lally it’s obvious he knows nothing about modern cars, the tail lights these days are all plastic housing with polycarbonate lenses, the days of metal and glass are long gone.
