Judge Glanville over the weekend: "Oh Sht! They gon get me, them dang sons of b-tches! Oh God, and now my wife's asking how we're gonna afford our kid's college and the kid's asking me why their friends are asking them about my Sht, and dang, them annoying Supremes are onto me! Wait, I'm smart. Imma fix this Sht up. Imma save my a$$. Where's my notepad at?"
Sir, it's a courtroom, not a circus. Monkey business is, in fact, strictly prohibited. Yes, even for monkeys. 🎪
He’s tryna pull a fast one like he was a victim of the state’s request. That’s BS. Fool you the judge and you oughta know better you cannot act that way.
Ex parte meeting on the record was 15mins or so??? I don't believe that, he is trying to hide a lot of what was said, I'm sure it was longer than what he is saying considering the length of transcript
Also were is the start of the transcript were the judge puts on the record when, why, were they are having the ex parte on the transcript and who wanted this meeting, there seems to be a lot missing or cut off
Lawyer you know had his dad talking about the transcript, and he pointed out it can't be complete because the transcript starts with things it wouldn't, and the judge doesn't say anything until too far in. Everyone seems to start out knowing what the judge wants without the judge so much as saying good morning.
This judge knows he's mischaracterized all his actions here, and he's doing the same thing with his legal references. He is a liar, and he's comfortable lying on national news. He seems destined for the supreme court.
Everyone keeps saying Fani is just trying to get her name out there and bolster her career with all the RICO cases she's been bringing. Its all about show and her political aspirations. And no I'm not talking about Trump's case or anything. I just can't believe Massachusetts and now Georgia is so corrupt. Everywhere is.
Completely beside the point, as I'm juust starting this on replay 🫶💜 but.
Natalie, you have the most beautiful smile!! And such lovely shaped lips, I want to draw them just because of how shapely and proportioned your smile is. Those uncomfy days of braces were well worth the trouble. Gorgeousness made perfect ❤❤❤ I think I have a little bit of a girlcrush on you for sure haha 😅
Please go through the ex parte meeting transcript on stream, very interested in your thoughts as to Brady violations and witness intimidation/coercion.That would be must watch content
I am so shocked this isn't everywhere online. But when the parkland judge was being smeared all over because she reacted to the defense playing dirty, she was commented on everywhere. Men get away with so much more before they're called hysterical.
It is not so much that this judge is or is not corrupt, he seems (with past examples given by Natalie) to be utterly ignorant of what the role of a judge is. On that basis alone, he should be removed from his post. Perhaps "sentence" this man who would be a judge, to a few law school refresher courses in subjects such as ethics, defense rights along with some rage management classes. Right now he is literally his own worst enemy. His most effective savior is self-awareness.
He really is acting like he is doing this all out of the goodness of his heart. There's no way it isn't a mistral because doing this calls into question his intention on being impartial from the start
I definitely think his actions post accusation make him a judge that shouldn't be on the bench, if I was the person who snitched I'd be worried about his impartiality on every case
It is obvious as to why he didn't want to disclose the content of the meeting because it really did seem like he was strategizing with the prosecution. Also lol about the safety and security of his chambers, he was passed he was caught collaborating with the prosecutors.
He made accusations….and you confirmed them by acknowledging them, demanding the source and now releasing the transcripts
Natalie, Lead may have contact with Nate, it looks like he either did videos with or did commentary on Nate’s videos multiple months ago. It looks like in Lead’s youtube info he has a calendar link too, meant for discussions of legal issues but take a look at it and decide.
All of you mixing up TLA and LYK are confusing me to no end 😂 The lawyer that got the interview was TLA aka The Lead Attorney, and we don’t use his real name. He goes by Lead or TLA, he’s a divorce lawyer in Georgia. Yes, LYK is Lawyer You Know, Peter Tragos down in Florida.
There is only one thing that he may have had 1/2 of a percent of logic here. Let's say that an attorney at an ex-parte hearing says "I promice to not disclose that meeting to other parties" and then she discloses. She could have been held accountable for that lie. But i think that it is just possible to still argue that something has happened after that promice that caused her to disclose that, because … reasons.
However, he didn't claim that there was any promice, so i am just thinking out comment.
I see that Old Thug judge took his lessons on the legal profession from Mario Puzo: "A lawyer with his briefcase can steal more than a hundred men with guns."
I know you've been busy, Natalie, but I think you got a little confused about how long the ex-parte meeting went on. It didn't go on through lunch. The judge was giving a play by play of what happened the whole day. If you remember, Copeland did come out and testify that morning before lunch. It was during the lunch break that Mr. Steele found out about the ex-parte meeting. Maybe that doesn't really matter but Mr. Copeland wasn't in the meeting all morning and clear through lunch.
I think this judge is a disgrace, but he didn’t confess to anything. His own lawyer who was present then spoke today and said that was a rumour. Not true.
We dont know if this will end up coming down on glanvilles side or defense it feels like some cases can be used to argue both ways so will be a neutral party decide?
I didn't know what that was. I admit I had to look it up AAANDDD…. I still don't think I get lmao
ROE V WADE 1973 is the first one that came to my mind!! although it recently and UNFORTUNATELY got overturned by a conservative Supreme Court BEFORE it got overturned it was still law. And therefore would have and was applicable to cases in the same regard.
He always said he’d release the transcript BUT at a later date after the redacted stuff!!!! He was going to redact things that looked fishy! He might as well not release it if he gets to redact worse facts!
The judge needs to release the full audio with the transcript. Hes still hiding stuff for sure by not releasing that. In the transcript there is a part that says Mr Copeland (inaudible) right when he allegendly said he killed nut.
If I lived in the state of Georgia I would be hot. This seems like a waste of tax payor money. Because of the judges actions a year long trial is probably going to be a mistrial 🔥
Edit: Also HATE his statements about the offered caselaw being a bit "too old", as if that matters. As if he isn't in the middle of violating constitutional rights we rely on in this country, though if he doesn't care about caselaw from the '90s then why would he care about law from the '70s… 1770's.
Have you seen the Proffer about Steel not being able to cross a witness who brought into evidence a coerced guilty plea recording that has since been taken back because of its coercion. I swear, what a waste of a year for this trial… these poor jurors!
