RIP sweet angel. I hope they find who actually killed this sweet baby.

"He was traveling down a two lane highway and a car that was coming towards him crossed over the center line and hit him head on and he was killed instantly at the scene,” 5 days ago Kevin Fox died. Such a tragic event after what he and his Family endured. Rest in Peace, you're with your daughter Riley now. 🕊🕊❤️🕯

You saw that female lawyer at the end? You know she was so the lawyer in that other case seems she backs folks who have issues with abuse of power

  • @causeandefect8252 June 17, 2024

How does any of this address that a child-molesting murderer is still operating freely and no one is looking for them?

  • @kaydaw24 June 17, 2024

    I don't understand don't people watch law & order ???

don't they know to ask for their lawyer immediately and don't say anything until their lawyers show up???

  • @grungeera4561 June 17, 2024

So many innocent people have been put in prison this same way.
    Cops creating victims

  • @michellemenard4537 June 17, 2024

The bigger issue is the fact that a criminal goes free everytime a cop chooses to just take a shortcut to arrest. How many murders could be avoided by doing the job right from the start.

    G D shame

  • @reneefraser8237 June 17, 2024

His lawyer, Kathleen Zellner, is a superhero. She's amazing! Sadly, Kevin Fox was killed in a head-on collision on 20 March. The driver that veered into his lane also perished. So much loss.

    15 million.
Many African American have been in jail wrongfully for over 25 years' minimum & they got around the same price after the lawsuit 🤔 & this guy got $15 million after 8 months, how is that possible.
    You be the judge 😢

  • @scottfisher3948 June 17, 2024

Their daughter was murdered why are they smiling?

  • @izziethan2 June 17, 2024

I love how this video fails to report that the DNA led to another man , Scott Eby, who plead guilty and confessed to the crime why and how he did it. He raped and drowned her. He had also robbed another house across from theirs the night before. He entered their house that night to rob them but when he saw the little girl sleeping he decided he wanted to molest her so he took her from the home.

  • @deecee6297 June 17, 2024

Adding to the tragedy, Kevin Fox just passed away on 3/20/23 from a head on collision. He is with his daughter now.

  • @tawandathurman886 June 17, 2024

I am no expert. But. I have 📺 watched enough. SUV, CSI, COPS and COURT TV. To know thar DNA should have been the forefront in the investigation. And 2nd. NEVER, NEVER TALK TO THE COP'S WITHOUT A DAM LAWYER 💯

  • @brandysmith3647 June 17, 2024

If he didn't have that particular lawyer he would still be sitting in jail. She's a total badass.

  • @kingjames8952 June 17, 2024

    Fake news …

  • So now who kidnap and murder this girl mean a killer is at the large looking for next victim

  • @jajanesaddictions June 17, 2024

Scott Wayne Eby was sentenced to life in prison in Illinois, USA, for the abduction, sexual assault, and murder of 3-year-old Riley Fox, in 2004. What happened to Scott Eby? Eby was sentenced in 2005 to seven years for the rape of an adult family member. Besides making a DNA match to Eby, the FBI learned that Will County investigators had actually found a pair of Eby's shoes near Riley's body the day she was murdered. His name was even written on the shoes.

  • I'm happy he got awarded what he got. He deserved that and more. Regardless of what race he is. He is a father. Who the police railroaded cause they didn't wanna look for the real criminal. Instead of mourning his child he was alone possibly fearing for his life. He can't get back that time and how much he missed out on. The Police are killing And falsely imprisoning people for there financial benefit.

  • @AndresIbarra-us9cf June 17, 2024

    Guilty

  • @AndresIbarra-us9cf June 17, 2024

Parents are 100 % responsible for their children so failure to protect them find them guilty til all being cleared.but in this little girl's circle some know who did the crimes.

  • @jajanesaddictions June 17, 2024

This is old. Kevin Fox was killed in a head-car crash 2 days ago. This lawsuit and settlement are from 2005. in 2004, Kevin Fox was accused of killing his three-year-old daughter Riley. He served eight months in jail charged with her murder before DNA evidence exonerated him, with the real killer ultimately confessing to the crime. He was only 46 years old, remarried with 3 children when he was killed.

  • @jajanesaddictions June 17, 2024

Obviously the man didn't do "everything right", his daughter was murdered. The cops need retraining if that's how they solve cases. Instincts are opinions and opinions are not facts.

  • @angelaholman7656 June 17, 2024

They awarded him that type of money for what? Get real but people that serve 20 to 35 years in prison and they DNA find out they didn't do the crime those years later they get you free so shut up and if he was black and accused of something like this he would have gotten the death penalty already tis is a joke

  • @kylatrahan7879 June 17, 2024

Oh snap I seen that lawyer she is on a bad a$$ lawyer. She looks to vindicate or get people that it's wrongfully accused out of jail. She stopped people from being executed. She's very very good at her job. And she don't take cases unless you thoroughly investigate everything herself and in her gut tells her that these people are innocent. They was wrong with fully accused. She pays for you know special investigators doctors all the stuff you need to prove someone's innocence I guess. She's a terrific lawyer but she wrongfully accuse people and I seen her stopped people from getting death sentence and getting released from jail. I don't know if these people have to pay her, which I'm sure they will and they should because that was an act of God that stepped in if that man didn't do anything and he helped that man become free again. Never heard anything about this story but rest in peace this little girl. The next thing I would do with the money I had gotten from wrongfully conviction or whatever from the sheriff's office is launch a fully investigation on what happened to my child because with that much money you'll be able to find out if you're not guilty That is where that money should go to if you're not guilty. That's just my opinion. We all have one

  • @sherise_2020 June 17, 2024

Omg I would be to devastated on the death of my daughter not trying to get money. No money should of been granted to him😠

  • @sweetseve1150 June 17, 2024

I don't know how you get stuck in hours of interrogation. Routine questions, maybe I'll talk for awhile, but at some point I'm asking for an attorney.

  • @Serf_dom June 17, 2024

I don't know why this was posted as just happening. Kevin Fox died 2 days ago in a headon car collision. In 2010 they did find the real child rapist/killer, Scott Eby, who confessed and was sentenced to life w/o parole.

  • @curtiscole736 June 17, 2024

Vindication , prosecute the police n department , the jury was capable of seeing through the bull 💩police 🙏🙏

  • @DebbieTomkoSUNSHINE June 17, 2024

Now are they investigating the cold case to find out who's responsible?

  • @Allpie_isgoodpie June 17, 2024

All of the "investigators" (I use that term loosely) are still on the job, and who paid the money that man got for being wrongly accused? We do!

  • @giodonni7127 June 17, 2024

Money can make anyone smile it seems.

  • That DA sounds like a hack. Why didn’t the prosecutorial DA immediately seek DNA evidence?

  • @deepittman4941 June 17, 2024

    Kkkops

  • @jasonfinch4165 June 17, 2024

This is why people don't trust le and it is causing more chaos. Why should the people obey laws when government don't have to. The innocent pay the price for it all

  • @lindakluth5611 June 17, 2024

The DNA never matched so he didn't commit the crime.
