    The ME did not say it was a homicide or even a accident. She said could be, but I dont know what you saw. I believe her to be innocent if you really want some real reports check out turtleboy. People fight. I have heard people say a lot of the things that says. The phone says he took steps down. The Menedez brothers now is actually found out that Dad was a pedo. Sorry if you want to watch the one who knows about it watch emily d baker who used to be a prosecutor. Also it sounds like you have selective hearing. ME Said that his body did not have bruses like a normal person hit by a car.

    Appreciate your coverage on the KR case..but to say media manipulation and innocence fraud campaigns are MORE prominent on Far Left is to completely ignore the massive “Trump is Innocent.. Fraud Campaign or the Trump won 2020” campaign that scarily even has the GOP in house & senate attempting to literally pass LAWS all to get Trump not to be held accountable to the most serious political crime to ever take place in our nations history.

    How do you dismiss that and say innocence fraud campaigns are more prevalent by Far Left?!?!

    I can’t believe people are still fooled by the defence campaign. This is the most simple case – she backed him to him in a drunken rage and left him to die in the cold.
    She even admitted it so many times to multiple people and on TV ‘ I hit him.’
    The whole defence/media campaign is sleazy and gross 🤢

    Get a ruler on Chloes teeth for wound comparison. Get a professional UFC or boxing doctor on the face wounds. Just like a cop plants drugs in a black persons car at the scene, so can Proctor and co plant tail light fragments at the time they found them. Just like Freemasons swear an oath of silence cops protect their members. Bent cops are part of policing. Lally appears to incompetent for his role. He needs another lawyer assisting him with the workload and quality of 'expert' witnesses. Unfair trial for bad procedure.

    Anything shes says can and will be used against her. She was with him for 2 years and 2 years has past. Most woman have a backup waiting in the wings. The evidence was not gathered correctly. Because procedure was not followed their evidence is tainted. The dodgy CW witness testimonies are to frequent. The cop accident reconstruction expert was a joke. How can anyone take that seriously? The state presumes we are idiots. Plenty of cop body cams shows cops are trained to instigate arguement to get the ID and create the 'con'tract.

    Excellent podcast Roberta! One thing that makes KR cold blooded, is that she doesn't like kids. KR said she didn't want any, and didn't want to babysit. Kids are Awesome, I have one son, and I fell in love with him, after I had him, she is cold.

    This case is unique, in Casey Anthony/OJ the public was vastly in favor of guilty verdict. This case is like if Casey Anthony was somehow able to get a vast majority of the public (via friendly media) convinced that she was innocent. Bizarre and very concerning.

    What I have been saying from the beginning is that her police/smearing campaign which was accepted and even co-opted by the local media, was solely to muddy the waters. She did a great job in that regard. My fear was, and still is, that the abundance of evidence pointing her guilt will not overcome the vilification of local law enforcement.

    Let's not forget that when she was at His house shouting out & f-ing over & over & calling him a pervert, his poor niece was there too, asleep upstairs probably, but that doesn't negate what Else she did right then, at a man who she Knew was laying gravely injured in the freezing cold. Yes psychopath, good call. His niece is probably having nightmares knowing that Thing was back at the house after what she deliberately did to her father. Those kids were very young when their parents died & now they know that she put on an act as if their mum but she Never cared for them At All.

    All I can say is my opinion is she knew she hit him. But her first couple calls she was hoping he bounced back up. But then realized how bad it was the time for a cover up. And she has had several different stories now Over all it was John made her do this.

    The defense is looking ridiculous now with their conspiracy. Yanetti looked like a fool on cross today. Can we mention how unprofessional and disgraceful when AJ told the judge last week that he “destroyed Jen McCabe’s testimony.” The Judge had him repeat it…I think she was shocked that he said it.

    Judge did say she would allow the DUI info in and that the probative value outweighed the prejudicial. She said that when Yanetti was about to go off on another tangent. She said it wouldn’t be allowed in his “case in chief” (whatever that means) but that he could question that witness or another witness with it, but to come to her before he did it. I thought for sure he would ask the witness about it, but he never did. I hope at some point he does.

    Yes Roberta. The saddest detail that he didn't die straight away. He needed help and didn't get it. Dreadful for the family to have to live with knowing that. You can see why they went for these charges

    Accidentally on purpose
    Reversed at speed knowing he was behind her somewhere. Not caring one way or another if she hit him

    Just adding my personal opinion. STS has just plummeted to the bottom of the barrel. I unsubscribed today because I really expected them to stop, look and listen. IMHO, they did not. Huge disappointment. Didja hear that? It was me getting down off my soapbox. APPRECIATE YOU ROBERTA !

    I am of the opinion that the prosecution is failing. I have no pony in this race, just a true crime junkie. I pray the jury gets it right. It’s truly a tough case.

    I mean… just because you are a crazy girlfriend doesn’t mean you are guilty. That seems like your only evidence… The theories are absurd for the prosecution. The defense doesn’t need to come up with an alternative theory. I am pretty sure they never questioned or explored the house or anyone else involved for months after. Another theory is that O’Keefe was lured there with texts from one of the guys, like Colin to get him to the house… i am pretty sure they had this evidence… he squared up with him outside a bar that same night… I mean… I am willing to listen and get specifics but this seems silly to even entertaining that Karen Reed did this.
