    99.% + of people support you Kate and others in trying to create positive change and having the courage to confront those who wronged you.
    BUT…. what is the point? If Marciano just denies it and gets away with it, that only discourages me from confronting my abusers.
    Where are the public prosecutors? Settling a civil lawsuit means nothing to the next victim. It is also not a viable option for most.
    This scumbag and others like him need to go to jail.
    Shame on you public prosecutors and the lawyers who get rich defending the scum. Media must call them out.
