    Too many loopholes
    1. Placenta shift now causes uterine rupture? Placenta abruptio or praevia doesn't cause uterine rupture.
    2. Appendicectomy during uterine rupture repair? 100% death sentence cos they'll be massive blood loss
    3. Ventilator in her stomach?
    4. Never all your life?

    Pls do a thorough autopsy. The family can't be lying. Even the story of the hospital that doesn't blood for transfusion yet carrying out surgery is questionable. God! This is messed up and children left without a mother 😥.
