    I may be late to this but talking about the porous border in 84 is rediculous. There are 10 million illegals that have ' disappeared ' into the USA since 2020. C'mon guys. Say it. This is not complex.

    The laws must be changed. If you committ a crime that harms another in this case and you have children… you should loose custody!!

    Here in Florida sadly … you can just call authorities that someone is threatening self harm and they will Baker Act them immediately. I know … I have been aware of this happening two two of my freind’s teen daughters … both callers made false calls but they still took the girls way.

    Charges should just be guilty or not guilty. Period. Consequences for guilty. No exceptions. Insanity? How does he go from not insane to insane?

    I think it's time to wake up to the fact that women are not safe and men are the primary reason why. We can't even be safe in a women's bathroom anymore because of men. We can't even escape abusive men anymore because they'll kill us and a male judge will side with them. Gabby Petito case: witnesses told male police they saw HIM hit HER. Yet Gabby was the one at fault according to them. Sickening and I hope more good men like both of you will stand up more and more against clown men in this world!

    Ana is a tough act to follow, but you did great Josh, you did her proud. Great to see Luis back too, always love when he's on the show. Sad subject matter of course, it always seem odd that I enjoy a crime show. I think it's because True Crime News respects the victims and the family, and always searches for the truth to get justice rather than just telling a story.

    So… He already had her labeled as "Star beast" in his phone? How long had he been referring to her as this. It seems a concious knowledge of his actions.

    The judge was right. The dude had a long ass history of delusion. The system failed her in not granting the restraining order, but it is clear that he was out of it and in his state of mind, killing her was what he saw as the right thing to do.
    Him still having the kid's guard is insane though.
    He's never seeing the light of day as a free man again either way. He's just not gonna be put in with mentally sound criminals because that would be a recipe for disaster.
    You're acting like he's gonna be in a nicer place, but he's probably gonna spend the rest of his life under way more surveillance than any prisoner would. This type of institution is not some sort of resort.

    Hey y'all, we have to give thanks to John Walsh, ( America's most wanted ) It was Mr, Walsh who fought the American system of law enforcement to have a bill passed called Adam's law . He demanded changes in the way states communicated with each other on crime . He put pressure on the FBI to connect the Dots throughout America , to better track criminals, that have crossed state lines . The FBI now has better control over information locating the worst of the worst. We need to give Thanks to John Walsh, he's an American Hero . Rest in peace to John's Son , Adam Walsh ❤.

    How many "prophecies" is this guy going to carry out before he is finally properly punished for his crimes? I'm sick of mental health being an excuse to get away with murder and other crimes. It may be the reason but is no excuse to go light. Now we're going to have so many more others using that excuse and even knowing how to present themselves as insane with just a few searches on google.

    Josh Ritter did a great job!

    However, Lewis Ballanos was AWFUL! He has to stop using “D.V.” and call it what it is—Domestic Violence!
    Also he has to stop referring to suspects as “clowns” and call them what they are—-criminals!!!
