The family of deceased teenager Kaitlin Hernandez has established a memorial at the site where her lifeless body was discovered in San Antonio. Police findings from the incident report that Hernandez’s body was found under a bridge on Dell Oak Drive when officers were called to the scene following a missing person’s report at approximately 11:30 p.m. on March 12. Police also discovered her phone and jacket at the scene.
Hernandez’s death was ruled as a homicide by the Bexar County Medical Examiner, with signs of trauma present on her body. The teenager had reportedly been strangled. The authorities are harnessing every piece of information to unravel the mystery surrounding her untimely death.
Police records suggest that Hernandez had gone for a walk in the company of a neighborhood friend on the evening of the previous Tuesday. However, when the neighbor returned later, Hernandez was not with him. The man, recognized as a friend from the neighborhood, was subsequently detained for questioning in connection with Hernandez’s death.
The San Antonio Police Department, in due course, released an image of a separate “person of interest” on their official Facebook page. However, the image was later taken down, and thus far, no one has been charged in connection with Hernandez’s murder.
Hernandez’s family, disillusioned by the lack of charges in the case, have organized a justice march scheduled for Sunday night on Dell Oak Drive, at the same site where Kaitlin’s body was found. The investigation into Hernandez’s death currently remains ongoing.

Wow, should marches for justice be organized by families instead of authorities?
