Missing Teen Jay Slater: “His Mum Thinks It's A KIDNAPPING” | Investigation Underway In Tenerife

Talk’s Ian Collins is joined by international presenter Maddie Hale to discuss the investigation surrounding British teenager Jay Slater.

The 19-year-old went missing during a holiday in Tenerife and police have now focused efforts on a ravine near to where he was last heard from.

Search and rescue personnel carefully combed through dead palm trees covering a river at the bottom of the hillside near to a property he had reportedly been driven to.

Mr Slater, from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, disappeared following an attempt to walk back to his accommodation after missing a bus.

He had attended the NRG music festival on the island with two friends before his disappearance.

    Sadly it looks bad either way kidnapping possible , slipping and falling possible. Like others who have made comments, It's not very smart to leave with two strangers? For me that's the big question. They should have been made to stay until he was found. Why did'nt they return him back to the beach side of the Island ? All at the very least made sure he got the bus. With a good supply of water. Why did they leave so soon after he vanished?.

Watch the moroccan dressed in white on the right, aggressively pull a 💧 rope/string with his right hand and make circles with it… (That rope was probably to tie Jay up even more …..) Jay♦️ seems to be sitting down with his hands ♦️ tied behind his back…

    If those two guys rented the Air b&b , the owner must have their address and bank details ? Unless they gave false info , in which case that would make it look very dodgy for them .?

    His mum thinks its a kidnapping? why would she think that? on what grounds does she think he has been kidnapped? Is she saying he associates with the wrong people? While the police are searching in the remote mountains with helicopters, search teams and dogs, his mother comes to that conclusion.

    He's been driven up there!! from that Airbnb to where his phone last pinged is a 3 hour walk, he left the Airbnb at around 8.15, he phoned lucy at around 8.50 to say he's lost, half hour after leaving the Airbnb, the location when it last pinged at 8.50 was 3 hours walk, but only took him half hour to walk it?????… then look at how long it takes to get there by car, 31 minites!!!

    I know different place but something not right with it all reminds me of sharron mathews case why would his mum instantly say hes been kidnapped might be burner phones for the messages it all come out in end defo nothing adds up

    Let me tell you about street smart lady ,street smart would not leave a clear road and take a short cut amongst CACTUS! he is not from Africa or Asia ,he is an English lad fom uk.English lad street smart, would not take a trek of 11 hours , instead of wait 2 hrs for the next bus ,whatever the distraction really is about dont let them.fool you people .

    After not having any food or drink for a while and the heat would hallucinate if drug releated he could of been kidnapped by cartel gangs until debt repaid if not he would be executed.

    This guy was in a gang and was convicted of serious assault nearly killed someone. Heard he was into drug dealing with his gang, wouldn’t be a stretch to see him agreeing to transport drugs back to uk or upto something else criminal. Makes no senses to leave your two mates to go up into the hills with two random guys then in the morning instead of wait 2 hours for a bus tries to walk 11 hours seriously bizarre

    His Mather knows he was kidnapped and the bag with drugs he lost I think he was kidnapped like his Mather says young boy the last thing he’s going to do is go to walk 30’miles Nicola bully that went missing her case was a disaster from the start the Lancashire police turned the scene into a circus and let all the people walk over what was a crime scene her death was never proven could not prove how she died
