The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the centre seeking its response to the demand for a CBI inquiry. During the hearing, the court also asked NTA to respond within two weeks over the allegations about paper leaks. In another development, the NTA’s petition seeking the transfer of cases from the various high courts to the top court will now be taken up on July 8th.
