  • My cousin Vinny, Hannah Payne's unprofessional attorney, looked like a vintage car salesman even back then.

  • The case of Michael kills me. It always has.

I have to say, I agree with the jury. There may be proof that Marcus is a creep & likes rough sex. That doesn't make him a murderer. I heard no mention of bruising on her neck. Nobody is going to die by strangulation & NOT have marks on their skin. .
I find it more likely that she died from the combination of drugs, the hot tub, & her Heart condition.

A troubled teen doesn't make you a murderer.

Ladies- lots of us have fallen for a guy who you have a bad feeling about. If you are reading this, get out before you can’t.

  • @octagon_009 July 4, 2024

Did she drink lemon juice before each take?

  • @terrydomeier9252 July 4, 2024

Her saying don't leave me is probably because he was talking stupid about going into the woods..etc… I'm thinking the two guys were out in space on drugs and Clark was paranoid about being blamed thus the suicide.

The strangle guy himself said he only cut of the blood flow to the brain, not the trachea.

By taking the core body temperature, one can fairly accurately determine the time of death.

If she was bleeding, her heart was still beating. Therefore, there was no reason to perform CPR.

  • @karaDee2363 July 4, 2024

I didn't believe Melissa Turner's story for a second. She stabbed him and let him to bleed to death. Her crocodile tears didn't fool anyone

Melissa’s acting is atrocious. It’s so bad I want to laugh, but a man lost his life. Her 911 call, her interrogation, the interview- it’s some of the worst acting I have ever seen. Idk how anyone found it convincing.

Marcus's lawyer pisses me tf off. Hes so rude and cruel when talking about the victim and her family.

  • @michellelowe7082 July 4, 2024

Oh yeah she is the abused when he ended up dead from multiple knife wounds and she only had a cut on her hand by the end!

  • @noReturnsAccepted July 4, 2024

Melissa is a terrible actor. Why was she hunched over like that??😂😂😂 why did she run and stand against the wall like that? She m+rdered him and deserves punishment.

Love how every side has their own medical examiner, and agrees with whatever that side wants to paint the picture of 😂

  • @michellek2057 July 4, 2024

I am so happy he was released. Being locked up at 14 is insane.

About 15 years ago i worked at a resort doing night audit, so i worked 11pm-7am.

One night we had a guy staying there for his 21rst bday with a group of friends.

That night they decided to go the pool and go in the hot tub, even though it was closed.. they broke in. They had been drinking profusely and were also on ecstasy and cocaine. For some reason, which i still find suspicious, all 4 of his friends left him in the hot tub to go get towels from their room.

They came back to their friend floating face down with a gash on his head, he was dead.

The autopsy showed he must stood up quickly and due to the hot tub heat, alcohol, and drugs he passed out. He hit his head on the concrete edge, fell face down and drowned.

It was horrible. I felt so bad for his parents

  • @ryanharmon2585 July 4, 2024

He was considered a “ladies man”?? What? Maybe in the mountains of Georgia, but let’s see how he does in the normal cities of NY, LA, Vegas, Dallas or Miami.
    Ladies man hahahahahh.

  • @Mai_Trin July 4, 2024

Melissa turner – very untruthful. She uses so many ways to describe him in a way that boosts her own confidence rather than describing his actual personality… that’s not normal. Selective memory until confronted, guilty…next!

  • @laurenhoffman2751 July 4, 2024

Sometimes, the small town cop looks for the route to the least resistance and ATTACK their victim.

  • @fionagregory9147 July 4, 2024

I think the father killed her. Poor defence of the son.

  • @jaemontgomery6742 July 4, 2024

I feel so bad for Michael … He never got the opportunity to properly grieve…. Could you imagine seeing your MOM on fire ???? the person you've known longer than anyone in this world & love most… Like omg. My heart breaks for him. And all those involved in his conviction can go straight to hell !

  • @alexandrat9935 July 4, 2024

  • @sethstine4698 July 4, 2024

1:11:24 it is rumored that Michael's father said that she was "the bane of his existence"

  • @Jesusandbible July 4, 2024

what does it mean about not vacating Politter's conviction??

  • @loganyoung228 July 4, 2024

Why is the first case tagged as the trial of Alex Murdaugh when it had nothing to do with him?

  • @ginabrown8656 July 4, 2024

    Hell no
