  As a trans woman, saying that people in a pride march need to "get jobs" is extremely ignorant. Most of those people are employed. They organize fundraisers and actually do positive things in their community. Maybe you should get off your narrow-minded soap box and take some notes from trans people who are actually benefiting trans and lgbtq people…. yikes girl.
