    We know that very night proctor was sitting alone going through KarenRead‘s phone looking for nudes. He could’ve access the ring videos and deleted him. He keeps saying there’s a missing video of all three girls looking at the cracked tail light. The only evidence that ever existed was what Jen McCabe said! And I would be willing to bet big money that when he found, those text messages from her attorney. He did not immediately put that phone down! As much as he hated both Yannetti and Karen, I guarantee you he read them! I don’t believe a word he says so. I certainly don’t believe he stopped looking at her phone the minute he found attorney client correspondence! if you believe that, I have oceanfront property in Arizona for sale!

    Police lie and "lose" evidence. I have to wonder about their indifference with regard to the truth when it comes to the more mundane.

    Omg all these people are off irish descent .Irish names,,,so ashamed..we irish always stand up for justice and integrity ,we fight for honour and courage..these people have let our community down..These people have let a generation of irish people down

    Btw, check the boston pd paystub history, every cop with complaints got every one waved except a couple which were workplace violations filed by a superior like dereliction of Duty and truancy kind of things. Most officers had at least 3 public complaints and none were upheld. I haven't checked the troopers. Just food for thought.

    Also!!!!!Take a closer look at the screenshots of Colin’s texts. You will see there is an error with one of the dates. It’s not a mistake the phone/technology can make. More like a mistake made by a person can make when faking texts….

    He said he'd never had a complaint in ten years and I'm pretty sure that's a lie in one way or another. Clearly the state police in MA are corrupt, so likely complaints are refused/ignored.

    Wow, WTF! There are so many issues with this case. This proves they deleted the ring video footage. How can anyone believe she is guilty at this point?

    Had confirmation bias due to the fact that he knew the Albert and he went inside the house and listened to all of them and their story. They’re made up story and followed it hook line and sinker..

    I don't know that I've ever watched a murder trial before where I kept feeling like the victim had been forgotten about. Every time Proctor said Mister O'Keefe it made me mad. Can't even show the poor man respect enough to use his proper title.

    1:30:07 I’m so glad you said this. As I watched Lally’s boring portions of questioning I’ve noticed a ton of leading, especially in his redirect of Proctor! It was so bad that i literally was yelling out loud in my house, “objection LEADING”! He was basically testifying for trooper proctor and it was so obvious where he wanted him to go and what he wanted him to say! I was wondering why the defense wasn’t objecting. You’re right. It could be taken into account. Lally on the other hand had no problem with his relentless objections and it makes it seem like he’s hiding something.

    This man is a complete disgrace to the badge. His wife must have no self respect to be sitting online defending this bowling ball headed mofo. Wonder how he speaks about her when she’s not around. He looks almost as stupid as he actually is. It’s amazing this man got promoted to detective. He should never be allowed to investigate why a toilet won’t flush, let alone a m^rder.

    Your analysis of Procter’s testimony has been excellent and enlightening. I have been a subscriber since the Leticia Stauch trial. It’s great to see that your work is getting some well deserved attention. I cannot imagine the amount of effort that goes into producing each video, and just want to express my appreciation. Looking forward to your take on Tully’s testimony!

    My question about the missing Ring footage from John’s house. How do they know it’s missing? In order to know something is missing, you’d have to know if it’s existence to begin with. Was there a video file somewhere? How would they know it was deleted? Ring footage is saved on a cloud. How do they know if the ring camera even caught Karen coming home to John’s house? Ring cameras (at least the ones I’ve owned) are notoriously unreliable when it comes to capturing footage. My husband’s car was broken into about ten feet in front of the camera and somehow it missed the person while they were in the car and only captured the car driving away (not even the whole car, just the very back taillights). I’ve had this happen quite a few times. Neighbors have asked me for footage and the footage you’d think should be there, is not. It was snowing pretty heavily that night and so I assume John’s camera was getting a lot of action. Also, the wifi signal could have cut out which happens frequently, therefore the camera doesn’t record an event. I don’t see how it would benefit anyone to delete the footage of Karen returning home. So how do they know there ever was a video of her returning home that night?

    I feel like the ONLY person involved in all this that DID NOT wipe their phone is the defendant.
    How often does this happen….
