i agree he’s not ashamed. he’s defiant. he really thinks all those things about Read and feels entitled to do so.

  • @lindaiio24 June 27, 2024

Why does he still have a job?

  • @magentass3064 June 27, 2024

I am actually shocked Procter is currently lead investigator in another big murder. How is he not suspended?? The two witnesses were FBI witnesses, we were allowed to know it but the jury were not allowed. The judge did not allow the defense to prep them or interview them, so defense had no idea how it would go

  • @CatMomAmanda June 27, 2024

1:06:14 I am so for serious, I LITERALLY FELL ASLEEP listening to Lally’s closing the first time I tried watching it!!! 😅😅😅😅😅

  • @TheRockbird1 June 27, 2024

I have no doubt. She killed him, then tried to blame everyone else. Despicable, what she's put those families through, as well as the O'Keefes.

  • @susanjay7347 June 27, 2024

Either verdict, it’s the OK fam that loses. Shame on Proctor & LE gang! Shame on them all! If they didn’t do anything themselves, then they allowed it to go unchecked. Period.

  • @susanjay7347 June 27, 2024

    Not Guilty-AF!

  • @susanjay7347 June 27, 2024

How many innocent people have gone to prison under this “leadership” of Proctor & beyond? People w/out $ to hire AJ & team? Frighteningly Shocking.

  • @susanjay7347 June 27, 2024

This, my friends, is very FAR from the 1st time Proctor has done this! Far. Imho.

Couple of suggestions of upcoming (or just started) trials to look into: NM vs. Alexee Trevizo (teen girl that gave birth in hospital bathroom & put baby in trash) which will be starting in July/August, and TN vs Karen & Michael Murray, brother and sister who are charged with first-degree murder and aggravated neglect of a vulnerable adult, which was their mother 68 year old Sheila Murray. Their trial is just beginning.

I've been following this trial through various lawyer channels (including EDB, lol) and I really appreciate a psychologist's pov. Ty so much for covering his testimony! I'm curious what you thought of J. McCabe's cross. She was seething with so much anger and resentment that she reminded me of Amber Heard's crosses in her case with Johnny Depp… 👀🤦

  • @kellstarama8235 June 27, 2024

A reporter in the courtroom stated the final jury had 6 men and 6 women.

  • @richardbowers3406 June 27, 2024

Obviously, Trooper Proctor as well as the justice system, has no morals. This has been a kangaroo court, a kangaroo investigation and local law enforcement is a zoo !

  • @kellyfischetti9520 June 27, 2024

The prosecution did NOTHING aside put a bunch of liars on the stand, and show that Karen and John had a relationship in which they fought. There’s 0 motive. 0 physical evidence, and loads of shady cops

  • @lisag.6061 June 27, 2024

It is my understanding that she can only be charged with OUI if the jury finds her responsible for John’s death. It all comes down to weather or not she killed him with her Lexus. And the evidence says she did NOT hit John or cause his death.

I have spent a lot of time with psychologists over the years, in therapy, as family of others in therapy, and as friends. The psychologists I have met vary greatly, and obviously are trained differently. One could not understand why intelligence should have any impact on thoughts, another eas do decided on a specific diagnosis that every answer was interpreted in a eay that could fit on that check list, and a third insisted on not administering medication for ADHD and sleep until the patient had given up weed, which so obviously was the easiest option for a teenager. But some were amazingly open minded and eager to follow where the patient lead until there came a moment where a suggestion of alternative actions were easily accepted and implemented.

I don't have enough patience for people like Lally, but fought long and hard to think scientifically instead of giving in to my biases. I let go of that ambition when it became undeniable that Lally KNEW full well that he was lying all along, he was not just snowed by unethical Law Enforcement personnel. Having turned that corner made it impossible for me to sympathize with people that don't see through all the smoke and mirr…inversions.

It is apparently impossible for me to tolerate vagueness and what I call "toxic acceptance", especially in people that should be trained to NOT treat all opinions as equal. This character trait if mine made the first half of your video really, really hard to keep listening to, but I managed to hang in there and thus got to observe what insight causes in an educated mind!

It will be interesting to see if I return to your channel once, twice , or often!

  • @Jack-bc5xg June 27, 2024

Proctor insulted her. So what. It's suppose to be a Furman moment.

  • @onederwomansharon June 27, 2024

Watching a lot of LawTubers on this case & FB SUGGESTED this Video of yours!!!! 🎉🎉🎉. Liked & Subscribed!!! 😁

  • This is not incompetence, just pure corruption

  • @smith899 June 27, 2024

    You have a great laugh!!

  • @toddmcclellan979 June 27, 2024

Hopefully the FBI will get the real guilty people.

  • @haven8694 June 27, 2024

I just find the hostility from the police officers in general so odd… I also have an ostomy bag, I found these messages to be pretty triggering. Crohns & other medical conditions like it can be embarrassing.

Also I rhink they were able to get those texts because he was using his personal phone for work.

  • @GreebleClown June 27, 2024

33:09 As far as I can tell his personal phone was fair game because he also used it for work. That opened it up to be analyzed. If he had two separate phones they would need a search warrant for his private personal phone.

  • @Lariiah June 27, 2024

Replay crew here. This Proctor guy should have let his superiors know from the beginning that he was close to these people. I can understand the human emotions involved but he's supposed to be professional. This case is so odd and these poor jurors are going to be in for it with the gigantic amount of pressure from their community both for and against Karen.

  • @lindaallen9721 June 27, 2024

The jury instructions include the phrase “to a moral certainty”

  • @claireterry1835 June 27, 2024

The friends of proctor said she said I hit him, and that wasn’t said by Jen McCabe until the second or third grand jury. She didn’t say that to start with.

  • @phoenixrising71715 June 27, 2024

🤦🏼‍♀️ It wasn't because of his emotions that he put blinders on, it was Alberts' & McCabes' version of events 😡

  • @TigerBudgie June 27, 2024

Why does Cops in this case make “ dueling Banjo “ com into my head …

  • @jjsmama401 June 27, 2024

I’ve been following this trial and I honestly have no idea how poor John died. None of the 2 or 3 scenarios that they came up with really make any sense. I do think it is really scary how corrupt the cops were from the very beginning. The defense attorney was phenomenal! But then the prosecution’s close was also good. Reasonable doubt for sure.

  • @MoeS-db1kq June 27, 2024

Clearly the fact that witnesses also say she said “could I have hit him” proves that she never knew nor would say she hit him! She was unsure what happened! Her brain could not wrap itself around the situation. Everyone in trauma looks back and wishes that they could have prevented it by doing things differently! Yet Lally twists this as something it is not because he and others
are so hell bent on placing blame away from those who were truly involved. I’m disgusted the McAlberts sat in the court room. They are so brazen!

  • @wolfcreekvalley June 27, 2024

I’m pretty sure that if there was a dead guy on my front lawn that the police would knock on my door and there would be full investigation as to what happened and they probably would’ve even searched the house to make sure if it is thought that the person may have been in the house absolutely crazy

  • @wolfcreekvalley June 27, 2024

During this part he is eye blocking
