    So I guess you haven't heard heard about the couple recently convicted of basically doing the same to their "adopted" son? They had a room built in their garage for him. Fit with cameras & a bucket for bodily waste. They moved from 1 state to another AS Well

    I think this is one of the reasons why some states consider the race of the child and the race of the prospective parents before allowing an adoption. Right, wrong or indifferent. Unfortunately we live in a society where race has to be considered, because of sickos like this.

    I don't live in sissonville, I'm from Ohio but iv lived in Parkersburg wv for 7 years. The reason things like that are said about black people (in my experience) is BC their are not a lot of African Americans here, and the news is constantly putting out warnings to people "from out of town" "AKA black people" to not come here and sell drugs or you will get arrested, BC unfortunately the opiate epidemic which impacted west Virginia worse than any other state in the united states left a very large supply and demand situation in west Virginia. Their may be some people who are just old and miserable and stuck in their ways that were raised racist and so they continue to be, but in my experience the main problem is people coming in from out of town to sell narcotics and unfortunately that gives their race as a whole a bad name BC in such an undiverse community that's the the majority of their experience.

    FBI should've been involved. May be a larger and more organized criminal element within the state adoption agency. Not enough investigating going on. How many Black Children in the state of West Virginia have been turned over to white families for foster care or adoption? That's a good place to start.

    The federal government has been loosing track of multiple children whom have illegally crossed the border for a long time and this surprises you. Have you heard of Epstein. This couple is small fry. At least someone has stood up for their victims. Are you going to side with savagery or civilization?     This proves how weak and racist, predominantly white area are. No person of American negro decent gives a damn about these people,town or their personal likes or dislikes. However the system in these areas work to empower these types of people.
