Two decades before pastor Robert Morris publicly confessed last week to engaging in “sexual behavior” with a child and resigned from Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, his accuser had confronted him and sought compensation, according to copies of emails obtained by NBC News.

In those Emails Morris ended his reply with a legal warning?!

    Agree,. Greed man should've, could've easily given CC a settlement/compensation for his perv crimes on her👧He was married and living with the girl and the family, sounds like a Groomerr..crime of opportunity😮 Adult man, young 12 Yr Old girl. Hope she gets the compensation.she deserves now.

    I made a earlier comment to Pastor Robert about staying grounded to Jesus but after researching the true nature of the story he needs to come straight out and publicly admit his sins and repent in the name of Jesus!

    Can a person be Blessed while in a church service? yes they can as they can in any place where their HEART is in line with The LORD'S HEART. This is MORE LIKELY in a setting where the person is open to hearing from The LORD GOD. However we should not forget that The LORD GOD used a donkey to talk to balaam.

    I have a difficult time believing that the molestation remained at approximately the same level for 4.5 years. This is not normal behavior for a man that molests children. I question if even Cindy is forthcoming about the details…perhaps some are still being repressed.

    My question is if her parents knew what he did why didn’t they report Robert Morris to the authorities? They knew before any church knew. They are just as much responsible!

    Please get in touch with Olen Griffing and find out what he knew. It has been reportes that he was at the meeting with Cindy's Father and Robert Morris. It is being reported that he is retired DPS who would have known to ask ages and gather facts!♡

    Robert Morris has shown that he is not saved. He did not fall into sin, he was practicing it. 4 years!! That’s practice. 1 John 3:8, 9 tells us that if you have been born again, you cannot practice sin. The verb is present, tense means, continuous action. Hebrews 10:26, 27 tells us that, “if you willfully sin” (premeditation, practice), you are headed for eternal damnation. Falling into sin is one thing, premeditation is another.
