    Refusal to submit to an interrogation results in a basis to avoid terminating Muhammed. After all, if the principal witness refuses to back up his charge, how can they go against the atttacker.

    So the supervisor allowed him to access a coworkers personal records.
    A clear violation of the privacy act.

    The man went over to his home and waited for him. With the threat earlier,
    Premeditated.

    The city fired the victim because they didn’t want the PR, nightmare not because the man is black but because of his religion.
