SEBI should focus on a much greater issue of importance than the insider trading.
Brokers are FORCING FIFO METHOD when equity shares are SOLD.
SEBI vide order of 2018 made transfer of securities only through DEMAT MODE.
An individual will incur losses as he cannot choose the shares that he wants to sell because of FIFO and SEBI rule of demat for selling.
The brokers are profiting from this wrongdoing of FIFO METHOD and SEBI RULE.
WHY CAN'T THIS BE SET RIGHT?
