  SEBI is local Tana (Police station), they have to meet target-cases, they'll let go big fish or real wrong doers and catch small ones.

  All stocks are manipulated from A category to Z category, till today Sebi unable to address or fully protect investors money only big retail players will make money and exit

  There is too much of unfare practices by fundmanagers of almost all mutual funds managers. There must be greater monitoring and scrutinizing how the unit values are regulated. Its a sham. Sven when sensex rises by 222+ points but NAV of units fell by by more than 3p, Its mond boggling. When sensex falls the units price falls more steeply but whem sensex rises the unit value does not increases in same proportion. It couls be a case of wrong speculation. What is alarming that this trend is persistant. I have the record of more than a years daily NAV which is proof to fund managers price adjustment.

  All hip of stock is just manipulated game of money and SEBI investigation is an eyewash as always. Retail investors must stay away from stock market.

  SEBI and SAT should have a common ground. And SEBI should have systematic and Standard rules and protocols to follow that will apply with all the Individuals. Why they are in rush sometimes? And why do they impose taxes sometimes and don't impose sometimes. They have to be consistent

  What does SEBI do with so many crores of fines? Its like they let people scam the system and then come to legally steal from these thieves, and other times as a surprise bonus they get to fine companies that make mistakes (genuine or not)

  Seeing all those dense books in the background and the depth of your knowledge, I'm humbly requesting you and Debashis sir please make a series of videos about trading and investment management. Writing a book would be even better. There is a dire need for decent, original material for Indian financial markets as what's available is nothing but incorrectly paraphrased hackneyed 'value investing 101'.
