Law enforcement officials say the FBI went to Senator Richard Burr’s home to get his cell phone after presenting a search warrant to his lawyer. Officials are investigating whether he engaged in insider trading. Burr has said his stock sales were based on public information.

    Yeah. They ALL dumped their millions in stock AT THE SAME TIME, JUST BEFORE THE LOCKDOWNS WERE ORDERED, because everything was clearly on the up and up. That's how stupid they think we all are. These people are the real insults. Insults to our intelligence.

    Lol..wat about all the CEOs that stepped down like 1300 or so including bill gates. They have to step down to sell stocks. Did they ever give a reason for why they all stepped down? It was in like Nov 2019..I wonder if any of them sold stocks after that event 201 held by Bill gates.food for thought

    This means nothing except that Trump is now throwing someone under the bus to protect the senate seat in Georgia. Burr was not a 100% Trumper and now will be replaced by someone who is. But the real reason is GA, where the DoJ acts like they are actually investigating the GOP, just not the ones who are in an election year, and not the ones who are 100% Trumpers.

    He should step down completely he shouldn't be allowed to remain a senator!! Stepping down from chairman isn't enough, arrest him his brother and all party's involved!!
