Via Doug Weinstein (Attorney for Deamonte Kendrick/Yak Gotti):
“The Supreme Court of Georgia has denied Mr. Kendrick’s Petition for Writ of Mandamus based on a requirement that we must first petition Fulton County Superior Court. Court notes that the petition must be heard by a judge other than CJ Glanville. We are not done seeking relief.”

    The superior court gonna assign this case right to the other Magistrate Judge that heard the other YSL members case , on Friday. They are all in in cahoots Pure corruption, and Fani is behind it all

    Like no one is really talking about Nygil Cullins who was unalived by the police here in Atlanta GA after his mother contacted APD to advise that he was having a mental episode and he did not have a weapon. His hands were visible 😢such a sad story that needs National attention.

    It seems obvious to me that Glanville and ada Love believe their ex parte meeting was totally proper. That tells me that they have probably done this on numerous occasions. Fulton County may use this process to coerce witnesses when ever they please.

    I feel you misquoted expedite. To expedite a charge is only authorized actually by the UCMJ. You do have quick and speedy trial. But you're walking on real thin ice when you expedite due to ex parte.

    I think a person would understand this case better if they looked at the laws of multiple co-defendants. There are 26 individuals charged with different high-level felony offenses filtering in on the case with many of those attorneys and lawyers present with plenty to say. The judge may have slightly overstepped his bounds but I think I would have done the same thing. I think the judge knows he's earned his position and I would hope that private practice does not scare him and would be entertaining too if this doesn't go right.

    Its only a win that the a different judge must hear, but essentially its one of of the judges "friends"/colleagues and the fact they dimmsed a stay of proceedingseans that the case can be further muddied. In totality it is not a win

    It's kind of a tie. Now glanville gets to have the motion heard by one of his buddies from the courthouse he works at, which is probably a rats nest of corruption with all the judges doing shit like glanville did. And now glanville knows it's coming so he has time to work out a deal with his colleagues to get them to cover his ass. However, now glanville can't deny the motion himself because the supreme court has specifically listed that as a reason why they would hear it.

    This was my first video watching you. I will NEVER watch you again. At 11:00 minutes you showed your absolute ignorance. You showed you bias for Granville and did what everyone continues to do. You are mixing up motions and where things are filed. Please do better.
