    They are all messed up, but they love the social media attention and the girls have their own channels and people love them and I don’t get it. They are all on their own go trips now and can’t live one day without posting about themselves. It’s beyond irritating and people, play into all this crap

    The more devout the family, the more sick, disgusting abuse and horrendous closet skeletons there are.
    Repressive religious upbringing KILLS PEOPLE. Emotionally, mentally, and (ironically) SPIRITUALLY.
    If you want to do the best for your kids? KEEP THEM AWAY FROM RELIGIOUS BULLSH*T. Teach them COMPARATIVE religions. Let THEM decide if Buddhism or Hinduism or Taoism or Christianity or Judaism or ATHEISM is what they feel, deep down. You will have a MUCH better relationship with your child, and they will grow up healthy. End Christo-fascism.

    I’m a Baptist Christian and plan on teaching my beliefs to my future kids(they’ll have the freedom to choose their religion as they grow older and learn but that’s how we’re teaching them) and this is just disgusting. I always had a “ick” for the families in my church in the south with 7 kids all less than 8 years apart, all homeschooled and isolated from the real world, taught men are the only ones who should be going to work and having lives and women should all just stay at home and be homemakers and baby pumpers. This isolation, enabling of weird behavior, and misogyny is what is creating these bigoted perverts we see all over the church. Gay people exist. Trans people exist. Non Christian people exist. God gave us free will to follow Him for a REASON. Our faith says we don’t support their lifestyle, not hate their entire existence and call them scum. Lots of Christians forget that.

    Also, After like 5 kids there’s NO WAY all those kids are having the same love and attention given to each of them.

    What's sickening about them excusing s3xual abuse, and victim blaming.. Josh Duggar's 5 year old sister was one of his abuse victims.
    A 5 year old. Jim Bob and Michelle excused their son assaulting his 5 year old sister. How can that EVER be a child's fault??

    One more thought. How are statute of limitation not seen for what the are. Sex offenders making laws to help other sex offenders. Just keep it quiet for 7 years than we can ignore it! BS, there should be a mass public outcry about these laws.

    I’ve heard other horror stories about these big families ala Sister Wives. Where the kids all had food insecurities and the father was the only one controlling the money. No matter how irresponsible.

    For Michelle to say those younger children "didn't know" while being molested is insane. On some level, they KNEW. BTW? 12 years….ridiculous. Should be 4 times that.

    If you son confessed touching a younger sibling as she slept, would you turn them into the police? I believe I would handle that within. I would not have handled it in the same method that these people did however, I do think they took some actions . The actions that they took were not the same ones that I would’ve I don’t think taking him to a wilderness. Camp would have done much however I would’ve had that child in therapy for the rest of his life in my home and would have guarded the other children . I do not think I would’ve sent him to the police. Would you?
