    IDK about much about what the law says. But the Depp trail made clear that defamation did not have to be a statement of fact in a literal sense. In the context of these movies, the defense could try to argue that "they were just reporting what other people say" that would not work will with the other common defense that the movie is just a work of fiction. I'd argue that all statements should be contributed to the production company, and that they were said by actors.

    This makes me remember the Michael Jackson stuff. The allegations against him were completely baseless, and I'm sure many of the books and movies tried to insulate themselves from defamation.. still the result is that half of the world believes that there was something there. No matter how much uncertainty was added into the reporting of the allegations. Repeat a lie enough times and people will stat to believe it. If I start running ads for with the words "Joe Nierman" "Cult" next to each other, without any specific statement of fact, i can't believe that wouldn't be defamation, since people would start to associate the two words together.

    "claiming good faith statement when your a movie production, with the specific goal of painting the Murdoch's as a family of murderers, with with the incentive to make money.. not report the news or something else, i find it difficult to believe.

    OC the whole lawsuit might just be an attempted payout, But I'm biased in this case, in light of the Alex Jones production, where HBO had a whole film crew, ~10 cameras, a movie script and someone that appears to be a director in the court room. The Judge even came to the red carpet event. I'm all for giving the public as much access the the courts as possible, but these movie productions tend to always be there to frame everything in a certain light.

    @Joe: 22:00 but at the time you choose the kid's name, there is simply no way to tell if it's a boy or a girl. You have to wait until the child is born, them another 3-18 years (depending on the state) before you know its gender. That's science.

    The word Joe is SCAN you SCAN QR codes just like at the grocery store.
    Have you never wondered why there is an optical eye and a beep every time it reads the code?
    Then voila you get to see inflation in real time and it reads/ scans the prices. Then prints the bill for you.

    Huh, i looked up how to find out when i aubscribed and looked at Joe's history to see where i was. I apparently was here before 50k back in 2022. It is awesome you can find this data with a simple google search.
