    We have videos of the poor conduct at LTT too. Honestly, paying somebody to mark your own homework and finding out that, indeed, you’re perfect is always a bit of a non-proof regardless of the lack of options available.

    In regards to the story about cannabis use, I am a college student who doesn’t drink or use substances. I have an addictive personality, and my family has a history of addictive tendencies so that’s not a good option for me. I completely support the use of substances like alcohol and cannabis by responsible adults, and I also support cannabis legalization. No one should be in prison for multiple years because they smoke or sell cannabis.however, as many of us have been focusing on its legalization I don’t think we’ve done enough to consider the risks. Just because it’s generally more healthy than. Alcohol or tobacco doesn’t mean it can’t be problematic. As Phil said in the story, a third of people likely suffer from cannabis, used disorder, at least the third of those who use it every day. As we continue to legalize and seek improved regulation of cannabis, we need to acknowledge the risk factors that it does pose, and provide information and resources for people who do struggle with it.

    Bro I love America and being here but for fucks sake our culture is full of fucking idiots and pricks. I clean a couple of gas stations in a very small town, and Jesus Christ the amount of trash people just throw out and on the ground. The fact people pour sticky ass sodas on the concrete where people walk, or spit gum, and people just track it into the store. It's so disheartening to see how bad it is in a super small town, much less big fricking cities.

    Regardless of if internal investigation found wrongdoing or not, how "the former ltt employee" felt about all of it still remains. She felt as if she was abused. To show such callousness as to say you could do a defamation lawsuit against her is absolutely malicious. She did not say all of the accusations out of malice, she said them because she felt wronged.

    2:48 I'm sorry but LTT's testament about being found innocent by 3rd party and able to sue for defamation but that they won't and only do if she makes more false accusations; is so mild reaction for thid daniel to be upset about, when you think especially how Madison's accusations actually affected LTT's reputation. Fuck this is annoying..

    LMG/LTT Story:
    I had issues with most of these accusations to begin with. From where I was sitting, there was little to support the story – this seemed to me like a disgruntled ex-employee who was making a stink. This said, its important to take the necessary steps to investigate and ensure these claims were false. Glad to hear the investigation resulted in that.
    In regards to the comments about defamation case – Given that LMG and their 3rd party investigator essentially said she was full of it, I think its a pretty deserved warning to her that she moves on.
    Unfortunately for her, this is going to make it hard for her to succeed in future career… but she should have thought about that before making false accusations to a large online influence in the tech space.

    The defamation mention was there for one reason: It’s a warning that LMG is going to let it go, but if she tries to double down and make claims that the law firm falsified the result or Linus & co somehow fooled the lawyers etc, (happens more often than you think,) it will get real ugly, real fast.

    I had a hostile work environment at a job; they brought in an "outside" investigator who effectively victum blamed me in the end. They could never quote any specifics to me and only talked in generalized terms. "Outside" investigators are scams and will always find in favor of the company that hires and pays for them. The only true outside investigator would be the government or a lawfirm the person themselves hires.

    Nah…the threat was valid. I will always default to believing a potential whistleblower but with time this came off more and more as bitter ex-employee trying to get petty. It is normal for a company or group to remind people like that " hey cool, you got your 15minutes and lost us some money but seriously stop please….and this is why. "

    VA is a joke. In one of my claims the VA claimed there was no record of injury and denied it even know a copy of my records was sent showing the injury and treatment. At this time I was using a VSO for all my filing I used the DAV. DAV made sure everything was in order before we submitted claim ect. We even highlighted area's of the documents in the records and I was denied. Regional area in Nashville at the time with all this tried to claim no proof of it being service released even know it was clearly stated in my service records. So we appealed it. I won my appeal Judge though it was nuts that they declined me and even scolded the regional VA rep. But here is the kicker in the end of all this. My appeal took almost 9 years let that sink in a little!

    I absolutely would love to comment as someone who has been abused by a former employer. I think Madison has a Case as an employed person. There is nuance in the case and i don't know how to explain ghe case.

    I'm 100% fine with the mention of a defamation lawsuit. People need to be held accountable on BOTH SIDES. If Linus did something wrong, HE should be held accountable. If SHE did something wrong, like defame an organization out of resentment or want for attention, SHE should be held accountable. Do you know how much it must have cost Linus to conduct this investigation and the value loss in damage to his brand.
