  • @kittygonzalez2827 July 2, 2024

But …they make the laws…one bing that they can’t be arrested for anything while in office!

  • @writemeyers July 2, 2024

Again. Thank you. This may be the best, most informative channel.

  • @dianabailey9757 July 2, 2024

If it cannot be explained simply…well done. Thesenpeople are astonishingly criminal and never accountable for it!

  • @trishthompson1533 July 2, 2024

Church disappointments that all attacks against Pelosi on her and her family's insider trading have been officially deemed violence against her since her husband was attacked in a very mysterious Hammer incident

  • @simoslimos180 July 2, 2024

James! you ought to do an investigative piece about the transition , from before and after the pandemic, of the ABA s (Applied Behavior Analysts) Role at the Boston schools. You could be able to illustrate how the WEF policy is operated at the local level and for long!

  • @porkypies8734 July 2, 2024

They should absolutely not be able to trade stocks. They are in a position called "Public Servant", but they all act in self-serving ways and enrich themselves beyond belief. The rule should be, serving the public should severely limit their ability to profit off of that position. They get paid a hefty salary for serving, if it isn't enough, then don't serve. No one is forcing them.

  • @estitt1973 July 2, 2024

@8:45 this is insane, and the fact that we haven’t figuratively torn the roof off that building in anger is a testament to just how neutered we are as citizens. We’re pathetic.

  • Your whole video is flawed. Insider trading laws are designed to prevent illegal trading of specific stocks based on specific info that you obtained. Saying that Pelosi broke the law because she invested in a chip company is not enough to show insider trading. You would have to show that she received specific information on NVIDIA then acted on it. Anyone could see chip stocks would be going up since there was a lot of talk about bringing manufacturing home. The same goes for the pandemic. If you had been paying attention to world events (and I was) you would have seen an economic disaster coming too. Acting on that with general stock sales is not insider trading.

James, could you please increase the volume on your microphone for future videos? I listen to your videos on my computer's speaker phone and if I step away from the computer to run a few errands, I cannot hear you at this volume. 🙂 Thank you.

  • @youtubelibrary_10 July 2, 2024

Hi James Li, I discovered your channel today and became a new subscriber. Even if the algorithm tries to suppress your channel, I will visit your channel at least once a day to check out your videos. 🙂

Shelf looks nice! But not as nice your commitment to justice!

  • @jonatanxzavier1445 July 2, 2024

    🍀 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐦

  • @gamer1xbox360 July 2, 2024

This is crazy that they can easily get away with it, thank you for bringing this to light and well explained

  • @Blusterbus July 2, 2024

Corruption runs completely rampant with our elected officials, most Americans have turned their heads and looked the other way. There are term limits for a President and there should be term limits for Congress. Insider trading is already illegal for Congress they just don't care.

  • @rb2780 July 2, 2024

Someone needs to make a movie called "The Wolves of Congress."

  • @tokododoo July 2, 2024

You read out loud the definition for "Illigal insider trading", does that mean there also is "LEGAL insider trading"?

  • @robertpittard551 July 2, 2024

Isn’t this what Martha Steward went to jail for Martha Steward 🐂💩

  • @justinlumpkin1874 July 2, 2024

hey we should try to get you a Collab with JT on second thought

  • @-Tengen July 2, 2024

Thanks James, good video as usual but at 5:53 you had me thinking that AC/DC has invaded Capitol Hill 😀

  • @CiabanItReal July 2, 2024

It's not just the lawmakers who get this privilege, it's their staff and federal judges.
I think the executive branch is basically the only one that can't.

  • @kaleiohulee6693 July 2, 2024

So glad you covered the 2012 Stock Act. No one ever mentions it to the point I felt like the crazy one for actually remembering it and bringing it up every time this issue reappears. There was a huge public outrage at the time so they made a big show of fixing the problem and then quietly exempted themselves a couple weeks later after the media moved on.

  • @notbadnotbad July 2, 2024

dang, maybe i should become a senator
