TikTok Psychic Ashley Guillard lost her defamation lawsuit and now she has filed some crazy stuff with the court seeking to wipe the lawsuit from the face of the earth. It’s nuts. Ashley Guillard was sued for defamation in federal court after the TikTok Psychic defamed University of Idaho professor Rebecca Scofield by accusing Professor Scofield of hiring Bryan Kohberger to take the lives of four University of Idaho students in November 2022 after consulting her tarot cards. Ashely Guillard the TikTok Psychic accused Professor Scofield of having an improper relationship with one of the students. Rebecca Scofield sued Ashely Guillard the TikTok Psychic in federal court for defamation. Now, Ashley Guillard the TikTok Psychic has no evidence and no valid defenses so the Professor has filed a renewed Motion for Summary Judgment and the court has finally issued a decision. Real lawyer Madcatster breaks it down.

Gone over the edge? Man, that b STARTED OUT over the edge….

The fact she thinks religion excuses any illegal or harmful actions is actually pretty disgusting and makes me feel bad for her child/children. It's pretty clear she doesn't even have a firm grasp of reality. I wish the judge could just use her motions as TP like she did with the Cease and Desist from the Professor.

It is pretty much impossible for anyone in a high-profile case to get a fair and impartial trial due to media contamination prior to jury selection Juries in these cases are absolutely NOT impartial in any way, shape, or form, at least not in accordance with the Constitution's definition. Which is why the media should be fully banned from covering ANY criminal investigation until AFTER the trial.

As for this "psychic," someone needs to remind her that everyone is INNOCENT until proven guilty. Professor Schofield is under no obligation to prove her innocence.

Wow if it isn't the consequences of her own actions.

  • A psychic does not need a prop like tarot cards to see the truth, because if misinterpreted they can lead the direction of the reading in a very biases manner. I am 70 and have been reading the tarot cards since i was 20, and taught how to read the cards by a friends grandmother. What i saw her do was not only inappropriate but misleading in relation to what the cards can do. She was Just banking on the fact that most people don't know how tarot cards work.
    – You never shuffle them like a dealer in the casino, it forces them to fall in a controllable manner that can actually be manipulated, you use a rough shuffle, like most kids do before they learn the more advanced shuffle.
    – The person Doing the reading is not supposed to shuffle the cards, the person receiving the reading is supposed to, that puts Their Influence on the cards. The only answers the cards are going to give if the reader shuffles are around the aspects of the readers life. I have 2 decks of cards, one for personal use and one when i do readings for others.
    – What she did was just ignorant and self agrandizing, because the reader can manipulate the reading to have whatever they want by manipulating the meanings of the cards that fall. Her Sole focus was to prove someone else had done a heinous act, without any actual proof.

  • I’m torn between thinking she’s delusional or that she’s a con-artist. I can’t tell if I should feel badly for her.

  • @maryamdear2122 July 3, 2024

Can the judge order some type of mental health evaluation? Like is she really just this maliciously stupid or does she actually believe this delusion?

  • @RS3isRealscape July 3, 2024

    if she is psychic

how did she not see this coming

  • @JayJohnHeitmann July 3, 2024

Hypothetically, if she had never made direct accusations and only made statements such as "the spirits are telling me that this professor is the killer", would her freedom of religion claim hold water?

  • @Charoke July 3, 2024

Did we really think she wasnt gonna try to do something like this??😂

  • @felinehermetica July 3, 2024

This is absolutely wild. She clearly has no idea what she is doing….

  • @WildSuppositions July 3, 2024

Someone explain how psychics never see bad coming their own way? Some may say that for whatever strange reason they can't see their own…but if they have regular clients, wouldn't one of those client readings indicate for the client that their advisor soon wouldn't be around to advise them anymore? 😂

  • @Omneyvdwatering July 3, 2024

This is what you get when someone who thinks they're " smart" enough to do all their own work for a lawsuit. It's so cringe…

  • @DefineNerd117 July 3, 2024

So crack pot hypothesis, she may be trying to use her "Psychic powers" to decide her next moves to predictable results.

  • @downhomesunset July 3, 2024

Dragging this disgusting court case through the mud as miss psychic is doing, must really be a fresh daily gut punch to the families and friends of the deceased.

  • @kathyflorcruz552 July 3, 2024

The First Amendment does protect what she says. But that doesn't mean that when she insists on causing slanderous damage by targeting a particular person with absolutely no evidence of her accusations behind this the professor also doesn't have the right to sue for damages. So technically she CAN say whatever she wants. But this is the RESULT.

  • @kathyflorcruz552 July 3, 2024

If judges weren't making bank off these extended cases which consist of utter nonsense they would or should have been dismissed as abuse of the court systems months ago. Nuisance cases, in other words.

  • @ablebaker8664 July 3, 2024

All this time her cards were thinkin', "We told you that this mess was gonna kill your reputation and wreck your life, but did you listen?"

  • @ardenchan1213 July 3, 2024

Send her to prison for contempt of court

  • @MonteroRioDoge July 3, 2024

    She’s crashed out LOL

  • @cynicalcitizen8315 July 3, 2024

Wonderland called. They want thier tarot card jester back and apologize for the inconvenience.

  • @christinax1257 July 3, 2024

I like your content but can you avoid dropping your politics in it? It's a turn off.

  • @eternal8song July 3, 2024

I cannot wrap my head around this woman's thought processes. like, she seems like she genuinely believes in the shit she's spewing, but… how? how could she possibly still believe it?

  • @NebulousNector July 3, 2024

Also this kinda pisses me off that Miss Ashley is taking up the courts time for this frivalous, nonsensical BS. There are bigger fish to fry, so to speak
