TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Troy Police Department announced they are investigating a shots fired incident that happened on Thursday night. The occurrence took place just before midnight on Congress Street near Third Street.
The initial investigation determined that a dispute had occurred between several individuals in the area. As a result of the argument, a suspect allegedly shot in the direction of other people, though no injuries were reported, according to police.
