UAE vlogger arrested for “racist remarks” against Indian, Bengali migrants



Emirati YouTuber Tareq Almehyas has been arrested for making “racist remarks” against Asian workers in the country.

The vlogger was defending Kuwaiti actress Hayat al-Fahad over comments she made
calling for migrant workers to be kicked out amid the coronavirus pandemic.

    I’m not sure why they are arresting him when this is the general attitude of most people in the country. Every ethnic community holds racist views about each other and has always expressed it. If you want to change this, start with educating not a stick. Why should one or two people pay so the rest can seem non-racist?

    Please respect all the workers no matter of nationality workers are always required from history from building Egypt huge Great Pyramid of Giza to modern day Burj Khalifa in future also labour always required. Imagine all workers not coming where they are coming from and all returned to their country if you pay them money how many things they sacrifice Main thing they sell their time, family time, love of their children in low salary if you compare with same job if they do in Europe.

    They taught us Bengalis the Quran since year 1303 and tells us this quote from chapter 5:51 "O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people."

    The actual wrongdoers are the Arabs being racist, unequal, celebrating halloween, doing black magic inside kaaba and the list goes on.

    People are subservient to the Quraish: the Muslims among them being subservient to the Muslims among them, and the disbelievers among the people being subservient to the disbelievers among them.

    Sahih al-Bukhari 7140
    Narrated Ibn `Umar:
    Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "This matter (caliphate) will remain with the Quraish even if only two of them were still existing."

    He needs to re-learn his Islamic religion (reference to the Qu‘ran and Prophetic guidances).
    The Prophetic Hadith (as mentioned in the last sermon of Prophet Muhammad pbuh) that an Arab is not superior to a non-Arab, and a white skinned person not superior to a black skinned person. What makes a person superior in the sight of the Allah swt (God Almighty) is their taqwah (piety, righteousness, and mindfulness of God Almighty).
