Check out the last “hearing” stream that turned into a chat about case evidence, updates, and more:

Check out the 4/23 hearing, where Frank Prieto took the stand! Some fiery stuff went down!

This is largely centered around the laptop case, where Courtney Clenney and her parents, Deborah and Kim, are codefendants.

However, some of the evidentiary issues relate to the Murder case.

I'm going to listen to this video while I'm cooking at work. I work at a vegan cafe and these videos keep my mind busy! I just saw the shorter video where you sum up this hearing. So basically the judge didn't think much of her parents going through Christians laptop. That information won't be brought to the trial. However, that shouldn't impact anything about the actual murder trial itself, right? I saw some comments saying she'll probably get off easy now. But how? 😅 Are people worried the judge is too lenient? I'm sure you'll clarify everything in this video and I just haven't heard it yet. Ugh I'm so eager for this trial! Seems kind of like there's not a whole lot of people in the true crime community discussing this case, but your channel goes so in depth we have all the info we need right here 🤘Thanks for another awesome video Katt 🩷

I've been on 2 jury's. One criminal and one civil (malpractice suit) and yes there are people who will want to check a box. There are all kinds of people on a jury. Lol

Yes, there is most likely jury instructions.

I think when they delay they are looking for a plea.

  • @Movedahouseradio June 28, 2024

Its a common tactic for defense to delay trial for as long as poss as things can change over time, things get forgotten, memories fade, things get lost, witnesess can forget things, also gives the defense max time to prepare for trial although at the expesnse of the defendant sitting in jail its a tactic that they can play which can sometimes work in their favour… i think there will be few more months before a trial date is set….

  • So glad I found your channel! I been searching for more info on the Clenney Case great coverage, btw.

And as far as the judge in the Reed case she is absolutely horrific. She obviously doesn’t care that Karen’s life is on the line.

I just hope she is found not guilty. This court has been so biased against the defendant. Judge is making a foil of herself
